What a great restaurant. So far everything on the menu is delicious. I have eaten there many times and the team at Gourmeltz has not disappointed.
We found this place during our travels while we were looking for lunch. We weren't sure what to expect when we walked in but we are so happy that we did. The atmosphere was great, multiple TVs with various games were on but, the best was the soundtrack of the restaurant and the streaming music videos from the 90s. The food was fantastic and made the whole stop completely worth it! The brisket burger was phenomenal. The wings were great, and the service was exceptional. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area!
Visiting from Michigan and came for lunch. Our waitress, Shannon, was amazing and so nice! The food came out fast and was fantastic.
There was a kitchen backup when we visited this weekend, but I can't blame anyone pumping out sandwiches this good. In addition to my pizza-like Sublime Shroom Melt, I was able to sample the Chicken & Waffle - you won't need any food for the rest of the day if you go this route. Note that the sweet potato tots come with a sauce that's almost like cinnamon roll icing or syrup - it works really well, but it basically turns the tots into dessert, which may or may not be what you want to pair with a savory melt!
What a cool 90s themed bar and restaurant! My grilled brisket melt was amazing. Fun atmosphere with music playing and lots of televisions. Great for all ages. Tater tots were really good and the dipping sauce is great!!
Been here twice (so far) once for Trivia Night and the other time was just for a bite to eat. Both times I was met with amazing service and just as amazing food! The establishment was clean and welcoming. Trivia Night was a blast, both the fellow participants and the DJ were enthusiastic and friendly. I would attend again. I’ve never been a big fan of grilled cheese-type dishes/sandwiches in general, but the way they make there’s, certainly has me craving for more. To add, the sauce they serve with tots and the funnel cake fries are amazing!!! All in all, a wonderful place to dine at, and be sure to check out their website for the various events they host.
Unremarkable (not particularly interesting or surprising) I read the reviews, I live near by, I was dissapointed and thought the current reviews did not match my experience. It was not busy on the Thursday at 11:30 when I visited. Service was friendly and quick. left approx 30% tip. I ordered the classic grilled cheese with swiss and gouda, and the tomato basil soup. The sandwich was nothing special, not sure what all the hype is about. It was a little skimpy on the cheese (after all it's $9) It was slightly soggy on the side facing the plate, and the cheese was about 80% melted. But the real kicker was the tomato basil soup. The soup sucks. If you like drinking spaghetti sauce then this is the soup for you. No Soup For Me thanks. Couldn't eat it. Consistency and taste is exactly spaghetti sauce. Overall experience was just ok. Not sure if I'll be back or not.
Supposably a cheeseburger kids meal with just meat and cheese. What the heck is this? To top it off, forgot the drink to kids meal. DO BETTER & PAY ATTENTION!
This was a very satisfying lunch. My had lunch and dinner out of it. We have to try again when we can get the pour your own tap card and try some of the brews they have available. I look forward to the next visit.
Fiesta burger with old bay tots. Fantastic. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommend
