Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers - Love their food! Double stack with cheese, large dill pickle slices, and mustard, along with their matchstick french fries...dipped in their special Freddy sauce.....so good. Fresh and hot! Roo gets the Jalapeno double stack with cheese and their oh-so-yummy fries. Customer service was excellent. Place was clean. All the workers behind the counter were outstanding...constantly moving and cleaning, and getting out the orders in record time! This place is phenomenal, been going to Fredies for five years now since the first time we found one. I wish they had a location closer to Baltimore so we did not have to drive 2 hours or wait until we went on a trip. They blow Five Guys away based on selection, taste, and cost. Their shakes aka concretes are out of this world. Good job Freddie's we love it
We are from the Botetourt area of Virginia and never been to Freddy's before. A nice young woman took our order and made some great suggestions. The food was great and the staff also. The pumpkin pie custard was amazing. Very clean place. Would definitely visit again.
Great burgers! Not greasy or soggy, definitely a different taste in comparison to your standard fast food joint. Hotdogs are also great. Will definitely come back
I came through the drive-thru today and overheard the workers being yelled at by the people in the car in front of me. I just wanted to come here and say I received excellent service. I used to work in fast-food and I'm appalled by the behavior that grown adults seem to use when even dealing with under 18 workers
Well, after not coming back to this store for 7 months, from my husbands issues we tried my luck again.After requesting the same order, #1 with thousand island sauce (still listed as free condiment) and them saying we'll ring it up as a #3. We simply reply back with no thank you I want a #1.30 seconds later someone else comes on and says they are refusing to serve us because of the "harassment" over the last few months.That means that this is such a problem that other people ask for this over the few months as it has been 7 months since our last visit.After that visit we have been contacted by corporate and the owner that both said sorry, and yes it can be ordered that way.These employees need to either be retrained on how to take orders correctly (as per the owner and corporate) or be fired for now refusing service because we have been confused with others who have asked for the same thing.If the initial order was just rung up correctly then there would be no arguing back and fourth about them accepting it.Oh thw cherry on top is that the lady who told us we won't be served then said that she "knows it can be ordered that way, but that isn't the reason for not serving us".. so thennif they just made the order as requested then there wouldn't have been any issue.
Great staff! Everyone was SO friendly, my family loved the food. We will be visiting again soon!
Just left the drive thru. Worst manners I have ever experienced. A bunch of young people yelling, cursing and screaming. You could here them from the speaker all the way to the window. The poor girl at the window was so embarrassed. She was polite and trying to tell them to stop but they ignored her. They had no cheese sauce and no chocolate custard.
Food and service were outstanding, it's very nice to walk into a fast food restaurant and be treated like somebody important. The patty melt and the cheeseburger were spot on and you get plenty of fries. We also enjoyed some of the frozen custard and vanilla malt both very very good. Can't wait to come back. Thanks again to the amazingly helpful staff.
Food is always good here. I like that they will make me a grilled chicken salad if I ask.
