This use to be our favorite Chinese Restaurant until tonight. We ordered 5 combo meals to go. One of the meals was sweet and sour shrimp. They forgot to put the sauce in the bags. Got home after 15 minute drive and realized the sweet and sour sauce was not in the bag. Called and was told I could come get it. I asked for a credit instead since going there to get it and back home would leave my food cold and everyone else finished eating another 20-30 min. I was told they wouldn’t credit me. Asked for a manager and he proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t give a Credit they were too busy, and that only half of my order was not in the bag. He compared it to getting chicken nuggets and the sauce was forgotten. No, sorry this is quite different, I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and didn’t get the sweet and sour shrimp just fried shrimp. He did not care at all. Very cold attitude. Not very good customer service. We used to be regulars but will not be going back since they obviously do not value their customers.
Good food but way overpriced. Staff is rude. Not very welcoming at all if you pick up. Fast delivery.
I ordered online and called to make sure they sent hot mustard with my order. When the food arrived, there were 3 packets when I put in the "special instructions" i wanted 12 and would pay extra. I called to tell them this and the guy who answered said he did put "alot" in. I said they're not here and he called me a liar. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!! I would give zero stars if i could. BTW, my bill was over $45.00, so getting called a liar is not right.
me and a buddy came in there and we ordered some sweet and sour chicken and some g tso stuff was good and filled me and him up like a tick we were very pleased at the experience and the price for all the food
You can legit taste the burnt cook top in the food and the general tso was not even spicy and the rice is dry not very impressed with the lack of flavor either .......34 minutes after this post I am on the toilet for the second time as well so take it for what it’s worth
This is he most “meh” Chinese food I’ve ever had. Everything was edible but nothing was “good”.

Awful fried rice. Onions in fried rice taste like soap. Got the general tso lunch it’s tasteless. Meat tastes bad like a dirty sock. Egg roll is awful. I took less then 5 bites of my plate and I already feel sick.
First of all got 3 orders of fried wings supposed to be 6 but they just broke 3 pieces of chicken in half pitiful. Don't know what they have on their menu online says ginger & garlic chicken then when I called oh we don't sell that, ok that's fine & had my mouth set on the chicken it's all burnt & hard & lo mein black like charcoal & taste like rubber! No type of flavor on the fried reason or anything. If I could like no stars I would, just pitiful! Won't get my service ever again!!
