This is the best Five Guys in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area! We go out of our way to eat at this location. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can see they have a passion for their job and go above and beyond to ensure their patrons get a great meal and excellent service. The food is always fresh and HOT! Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. The restaurant is extremely clean and we witnessed the tables being cleaned and disinfected after each customer. Great job Five Guys!
These guys are a standup crew. Not only is the food great, the employees are as well.Had a mixup at home about who was picking up a carryout order. After almost an hour I called them to let them know I needed to re-order and re-pay for my food as my son wasn't where I thought he was. They refused to charge me for remaking the food. Since it was 100% my fault, I really feel bad but they insisted.Hopefully I can make it up to them with a great review!
I've been paying for eating here the last 2 days from both ends. Grease guys is a better name for it.
The milkshakes we ordered are really good. However, their burgers are so overpriced now. You can get a grilled, cook to order burger from most sit down restaurants and pay what five guys charges. Their burgers are good, but they're not that good to pay over 10 dollars for a burger.
I took a chance and ordered my sacred game wings from a new place. The wings and sauce was fantastic! The manager was great! I was not sure of the hotness of the wings, so he gave me multiple samples at no extra charge! Excellent customer service!
Slightly confused. As a OG Five Guys customer, meaning, I ate at the original store before there was even a second store. we are talking late 80s early 90s and eating at franchises all over the country hundreds of times in 35 plus years...today was the first day I ordered a Cajun fry and was given two small cups of seasoning and a bag full of plain fries and asked to season them myself.

I used web for my food and pick up time. But they start make my food after I get there. Do we need use web. I like to have food when I get there.
