Great subs horrible customer service. Avery the manager is rude!!! She's rude to the customers and to the employees. It's always attitude when she waits on me & my co workers. No longer spending my money here to keep getting horrible customer service.
placed a catering order online for this restaurant - i received a call from the store confirming my choices but to ask questions about items not covered in order - we agreed on the delivery time and hung up. order was on time, accurate and great presentation - i will be using this store again
Tried the new Cuban sub (LG)
Avery has a 0 on customer service. Super rude, kept interrupting me while I was placing my order, and then got mad at me when my wife got out of the car to meet me inside and I asked her to change my order to dine-in instead of take-out. The rest of the crew was nice, and my food was good, and the place was clean. If it wasn't for Avery this would've been a 5 star experience.
Place was clean staff was nice.. food was prepared to the quality level I've come to expect and consistent with other locations.

We went here at 8:46p.m. We were told if we wanted subs we could only get cold subs. This place was packed with people and more was still trying to come in the door. My husband, mother and I left because we wanted a hot sub and was told we couldn't get one.The owners really should reconsider staying open until ten. We went to five guys, because chick fila had cars around the building and over flowing into the parking lot# that's why we left chick fila
I have ate there twice. The first time was 2017 and then tonight. The Italian sub was not even close to a guality sub . Little meat, off taste. My daughter felt the same about meatball sub. No strike 3 here I'm done...I'll buy a wa was sub next time.
