Gross. Steak and cheese sub was nasty soggy and tasted awful. High price small portion. Immature kids making my sandwich were horseplaying and laughing entire time. I left feedback for store about 2 months ago about my poor experience and asked to be responded to,got zero response. Also got the bubble guts as I was eating it. That's how bad it was. Unsanitary looking on the inside and I think the guy dropped the box to make my sandwich and still used it, the sandwich station is concealed.
We used our 50,000 rewards points for the Deluxe Platter Box to treat office staff. I redeemed our points first. I found the website difficult to understand and after much frustration, I called our Berea store. A nice young man tried to take the order but with sandwich choices, bread, with and without items, etc., I decided to just drive the few miles over. He explained that there are 5 sub choices and 20 sandwiches. As it was now 10:30 a.m., I decided to place the order for the next day as several hours advance notice is needed for catering.We went to pick them up at noon and was told it would be 15 minutes more so we waited in the car. I should have called. We were getting a little aggravated as 20 minutes passed but a man brought our order out and said that tuna has to be made fresh daily, 2 of our 5 choices were tuna, and he apologized. He was so nice about it, we got the $59 platter with points, and everyone enjoyed the free lunch so I still gave 5 stars. As evident by our 50,000 points, we visit this store often and have never had a problem.
Good food... hot subs were warm. Is it just me? Seems whenever we have Firehouse the subs are only warm...but taste good
First time at Firehouse and I was impressed. Staff was friendly and very helpful, subs were prepared quickly, and it was delicious!
As a former FHS employee, I was very unimpressed with this location. I was never greeted. The girl taking my order never asked if I would like to make my order a meal, she never asked what kind of bread I wanted. The soda dispenser was extremely disgusting, the area for straws and utensils was filthy, the floors were gross, the wall decor was unorganized ( one helmet was missing its outter shell) I would feel better about this place If it was cleaner.
Love Firehouse Subs but this was the worst taken care of store I have been too. Will never stop here again.

Our daughter (2yr) loved the firehouse decor and the food was typical sub shop food. They were out of bread to make kids grilled cheese but offered it on a sub roll which we accepted but my lil one wouldnt eat. The pickles are the only ones my husband will eat. I ordered soup but they brought it out admitting they forgot they left it in the microwave and it was okish... Wasnt the best firehouse experience.
Used to frequent this location but will not be returning or recommending this place to friends and family. My meal was made on the wrong bread and was missing a pickle. Normally this location is friendly and well stocked, but today I was not given a friendly greeting and the drink station was not stocked.
5 unfriendly employees behind the counter when we walked in (no other patrons in the restaurant at the time we ordered). We order 1 large sub, 1 medium and a kids sub. Took 20 mins to get our food ( that ended up being cold). Restaurant was filthy too! Never again.
