Had great service from Sam!! He made the celebration all the more enjoyable with his engaging personality. We went here based on the birthday girl's choice and I don't think the prices are good for what you get in terms of presentation and quality. I did appreciate that our table was ready for us when we arrived.

Included a request in the reservationâ staff was not aware. Food and service are great. Very noisy, not conducive to quiet intimate meal.
We came for a birthday lunch on a Wednesday, not during a holiday season. The five of us fit nicely in a large booth in the back. Everyone enjoyed their food. We had steaks at various levels of "doneness" (excellent garlic butter) and one of us had a steak sandwich with some special requests which were done with no problem. It being mid-day/weekday, everyone enjoyed "mock-tails" as well. The pineapple one was very nice. Service was excellent. 2 of our diners were Deaf/ASL users and another server, who knew some ASL, dropped by to say hello. A good place to celebrate. We'll return for another occasion.

Everything was awesome! My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and we decided to spend it at Firebirds, Fredericksburg. Our server was outstanding - courteous, professional, and attentive.

Totally disappointed. Reserved at this restaurant based on reviews, which couldnât have been for the same restaurant. The service was excellent, despite staffing issues. It seems the staff is unhappy and it transmits to customers right away. The restaurant was not as clean as weâd like, and was very noisy despite being far from full. The food was simply terrible and overpriced. My husband ordered cajun ribeye, medium rare. A skinny overspiced piece of meat that was unevenly cooked and had an unfresh off taste was served after nearly a 1-hour wait! My Colorado salad had grilled chicken that was inedible it was so dry and overcooked. The salad and dressing were fine. We do not mind paying for good quality food, but we had better at the local Texas Roadhouse and highly recommend you go there instead.

4 out of 5 dinners were overcooked and dry. It took over 45 minutes to get our entrees so we didnât want to wait again by sending them back. Our waiter was fairly non-existant. One of our friends spilled a drink on the table and when the waiter did come back he did not even offer to help clean it up. We asked for a towel which he had someone else just hand to us. Overall not a great experience. It will be a while before we venture back there.
Awesome. Love coming here for date night. We both got the bacon wrapped filet. Absolutely delicious. Service was outstanding. My baked potato was fantastic. Will be back and definitely making reservations. The waits I overheard were nearly 2 hours.
