I have driven past a small sign for El Rodeo daily for years during my daily commute. I finally stopped one evening after workWhy didn't I stop sooner??! I had a papusa and Caribbean tacos and they were AMAZING. Wait staff were lovely, no issues.The artwork in this restaurant is a reason to go by itself. I'll be stopping a lot more in my future!

Man these just might be the best tacos in Fredericksburg. Need to do a side by side with Juan More Taco to be sure. Food was very authentic, with a huge menu. Will be back again for sure.

Just left the restaurant and wasted an hour of life even trying to get my food got damn near 3 bowls of nachos and food still was not prepared I had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to come and take our order have been multiple times and had no issues so I don't know what's going on but some of the people yall had there were certainly better than the waitresses we had wouldn't suggest it to anyone after the experience my grandma had to take her meds and couldn't even do that because they didn't even offer us any service terrible restaurant terrible workers if I could 0 star I would
Toratas are good tacos need a little more onion curtido some cilantro and maybe some red salsa will eat again 2hen I'm back from California.❤️
Have been trying to find a tasty mexican restaurant in the area. Our waitress Carmen was helpful and attentive. I ordered chicken fajitas and requested it to be cooked "well done". They came out exactly as requested. The chicken was marinated prior to cooking and was good. Hubby ordered a beef burrito w/queso cheese. The cheese was cold but the inside of burrito was hot. Their queso dip was really good! Will go back!!
