We LOVE Eileen’s! This is our go to breakfast place in Fredericksburg! Always a hit with our family and friends whenever they come to visit! Anything you get here is always fresh and super delicious! I also ordered a cake for my husbands birthday and it was literally the best cake I have ever had in my life! It was an apple pie cheesecake and I called a few days ahead of time and they were able to get my order done (it was Memorial Day weekend/graduation weekend) and we are still talking about that cake! One of the best things about this place is that no matter what you get every time you come in, everything always consistent. It tastes the same (delicious) every time! We can’t say enough about how great this place is! Also the people that work there are always super friendly and helpful! Next time you are in Fredericksburg give this place a try!

Looking for a good, tasty breakfast or lunch? They have you covered. Eileen's was recommended by a local and it is sooo good! Friendly staff, great food and relaxed atmosphere.Make sure you go if you are in the area...

Eileen’s has a wide selection of pastries to fit about anyone’s taste buds. We had a large family gathering and I made a breakfast casserole and added a bowl of fruit and pastries for all to share. Everyone was able to taste several since they are pretty big. It was a great way to try several pastries and was a big hit! Oh, and they were all good!

Amazing Customer Service!During a visit with my daughter's family, they had an unusual situation arise suddenly where we needed two large sheet cakes with specific decorations on short notice. We could find nobody to help us until we contacted Eileen's Bakery in the late afternoon. We explained the situation and Eileen agreed this was a worthy cause. Although their normal policy is to require more notice than we were able to provide, they worked overnight to ensure we had what we needed by 8 AM the next morning.Though providing cakes may, in general, seem to be of inconsequential importance, in this situation, it was uplifting, inspirational and very much appreciated by the affected individuals. The cake tasted great, too!I am very grateful to Eileen's Bakery for their understanding and compassion and for going the extra mile to help.

I can count the number of "one star" ratings I have given on one hand but Eileen's was on big disappointment. The interior of the repurchased church had an unfinished feel. The food service was disorganized. And the food itself, Cubano and Rachel were mushy messes of dripping soggy bread with a plasticized taste from the containers. How this place made it on to a "25 Best" list is beyond me. The one star is for the decor of the exterior.

I picked up Raspberry Pastries with Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting yesterday as were traveling through Fredericksburg We are sitting here wishing there was another Eileen's closer. That was the best Pastry we've ever eaten! Sadly, I bought them to go and didn't know what we were onto until we were gone. Buy up the shop! THEY'RE THAT GOOD!

What a great place….stumbled upon it while looking for something to do on the weekend. First, the atmosphere is very quaint and being located in an old church gives it that great v e. The stain glass windows, doors, exterior, etc. seem to be original. Ok, now for the good part….the pastries were out of this world. Yes, I said Pattie’s…plural. Unless you are very disciplined? you have to select several. They were made from scratch the same day and were still warm from the oven. The Turkey breakfast sandwich, made in a croissant, was very tasty. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and you could tell that they were proud of where they worked and the product they served If I had three thumbs…it would get three thumbs.???

Unreal! This place is an absolute must! Cool atmosphere, really friendly staff and the best pastry/egg sandwiches we have ever had!!

We love their coffee and their food is AMAZING!!!Their pricing on everything is less than fast food for what you get!!We come to Old Town Fredericksburg all the time now, and this is a mandatory stop?

I have always loved Eileen's bakery since I found them tucked away off of Caroline last year! But today I decided to make a trip over there for one of their breakfast wraps, I hadn't been there in awhile! I got a George's mess wrap, and wow it tasted even better than the last time I had one! But I will definitely be heading back in a few days to try to get some of their lavender shortbread cookies I absolutely love ! Yummm
