Donuts are fresh but I think their coffee is weak. The place is clean and the workers are friendly and prompt when you go in for the counter service. I just wish the coffee was stronger but the donuts and hash browns makeup for it. Worth a visit on a Saturday morning
This particular store messes up orders more often than the one near Bed Bath & Beyond, I'm always hesitant to visit this location, bit I do understand it's probably the economy & the turn over of employees. Recent visits have been okay & I hope the service continues to improve.
Love the avocado toast. Service is always friendly. Mostly fast. Lately major accuracy issues (twice no bacon on avo toast w bacon; once hummus instead of avocado)
Everyone at this Dunkin is always so nice. Sometimes the line is long and it takes a while, but they make my coffee perfectly every time. I’d rather wait for good coffee then go through quickly for not good coffee. It’s always the same people there and they remember my order and my son every time I go in, even if I haven’t gone in a while. They are all so sweet and it is my preferred dunkin for both the quality of the products they give me and the customer service. :-)
Disgusting customer service and ice cold “hot” coffee. The jezebel with the devilish green eyes has the worst attitude. She rolled her eyes at us because we asked for a cup of water ALONG with our order.
If you go anytime in the afternoon, they are always out of donuts, may have a couple to select from, tonight was sour cream and black berry, neither would I have selected. Make more donuts, this is a out the fifth time this happened in the past couple weeks!! MAKE MORE DONUTS PLEASE!!
I have tried here a few times, each time not ending well, today the cashier couldn't even count the money I gave her. For a new location, it's very unclean, I understand be short of staff, and it's hard to get people to care. I will not be going back to this location again.
I dislike ordering with an app but if you don't want to sit in a drive-thru lane that's how you have to do it because the inside service is shut down. So our drinks are always warm instead of hot and you can't pick your donuts.The app should offer you the option of a pick up time so the drinks are made fresh and they will be hot for pick up.They should do whatever they need to open the inside service back up!
I was excited to join this store until my first day when I saw employees not wearing masks while visibly coughing in food and drink preparation areas. Also there were interferences of cross contamination with dairy and non dairy alternatives.
Came to share my experience today. Started reading others reviews, seems like I'm clearly not the only one who had a bad experience. Clearly management of this location doesn't care to fix the issues. I read 8 reviews and I experienced all of the above. Poor service, rude employees... All 4 of them. Never made eye contact or spoke a word to me. Rushing around to get drive thru orders, clearly flustered and no organization. Dirty store and I'll never frequent this store again. I was so happy one one being built so close by. I'll fight rt 3 traffic and central Park. Krispy kreme never drops the ball. Paul's bakery never disappoints!
