Only donuts available when I stopped were "old fashioned, cream cheese icing, or creme filled. Wife and I only wanted standard glazed donuts, not sure if they were out of product or were just in process of making more, but paired with long line already waiting we left and didn't buy anything.
Best Dunkin’ hands down. Love the weekday morning crew. This is a super swamped location being right off 95, but all the staff work hard and they’re very efficient. Great customer service by everyone.
Very friendly staff. Fast service and good prices. Wife and son were very happy. Being right off 95S bathrooms were very clean and the eating area as well
The girl at the cash taking our order was rude. The menu screen for food was broken and they would not specify what food options were available. We are from Canada and found the food extremely greasy/salty and the iced coffee way too sweet. The regular black coffee was decent or I would have said 0/5.
They completely shut down 20 minutes before closing time. I stopped just off the highway and they had no coffee, no donuts…nothing. Completely cleaned up. In my experience closing time is closing time not leaving time. Poor
We placed a mobile order for drive through pick up. There was one car in front of us. We waited at the order station for a very long time before someone greeted us to ask how they could help us. When we told them it was a mobile order we moved right to the window and were on our way quickly. During this time the drive through line grew quite long behind us. I would have appreciated if they greeted us right away and said that they would be with us shortly.
Disappointed that when we got there it was so late in the day selection was poor. But otherwise nice shop, clean, polite if harried staff, and we got 6 we liked. DD makes great donuts!
I went here after having issues with the four mile fork location. I thought I would have better luck with this location. No such luck. After parking and going inside, I was told the inside was closed. I then go back out and through the drive thru but they were just about out of every flavor donut they sell. I should've just went to the one in walmart when I was in that area for all the disappointment of dealing with the two on this side of town.
Love my dunkin, but this location is the absolute WORST. They are so understaffed that they only do drive thru... which ended up taking over 20 minutes because of the number of cars waiting. The staff is friendly, but I can tell they are overworked and frustrated with the situation.
Just got lots of coffee along our journey. Stand alone places get a thumbs up.However we skip the ones attached to service centers; they don't keep the coffee fresh.
