I ordered through the app while I was waiting for my food at Cheddars which is next door. That was easy and convenient. The problem came when I received my purchase. The apple fritter was burnt and the donuts holes was a variety of what you don't want. Instead of giving an even amount of all the flavors...I got five powdered holes. This may sound picky...but next time I know not to come period.
Went here last Friday to get coffee before my doctors appointment and when I got to the drive thru window I noticed the sign with their hours that said they open at 4:30am Monday-Friday. I got super excited when I saw the sign because Dunkin is my favorite coffee place and I like to get it before work, but some days (Monday’s & Tuesday’s) I have to be at work at 5am, so I’m usually not able to get coffee from them those mornings. I get up this morning (a Monday) and drive to Dunkin around 4:35am. As I’m pulling up to the drive thru, another car is also pulling up too. (I assume they also thought it opened at 4:30am… like the sign said) However we both sat their for a good 5 minutes and no one helped us…. If you’re going to advertise that your business is open at 4:30am, then you should help the loyal customers waiting in line at 4:40am… I was highly disappointed this morning.
This particular location is extremely clean with a great staff, very hard working. My children couldn’t believe how clean this location was because a few other locations in town are so dirty my kids won’t get a beverage there.
They carry the elusive chocolate creme powdered donut.This is my go-to Dunkin.
I come here often to ask for fruit drinks did they have on the menu for example dragon fruit with strawberry and coconut milk and they always out of strawberry or anything they had to do with fruit so I do not understand why do we have the sign up that is there that says drink for those type of drinks if they never have it
The service is horrible on weekends due the kids not caring about how they fixed the drinks and this morning (Monday)the girl with the colorful hair did not put sugar in both coffees and was rude.
Easy drive thru, good service
Came by the store five minutes before they closed and the only thing they could serve me was refreshers. I think that the store should set the expectation that employees don’t leave the store until after they’ve done their closing duties after the store has actually locked their doors. It’s frustrating when Google says that there’s coffee nearby open until nine and you get there before they close and they can’t give you coffee. I have worked food service so I understand wanting to get out of work soon after closing, but when your store hours are until nine and you’re a coffee shop you should have coffee until nine.
Very clean, staff was njce and professional. I loved that My friend and I could still dine in and enjoy our coffee and donut.
Absolutely disgusting. Shredded plastic in my drink and stated they wouldn’t give me a refund for my order and said I have to drive back to show them proof and pictures. Please go to a different Dunkin’.
