Food was terrible, no seasoning in meat or sauce. Tamale de elote so dry it was inedible tons of great spanish food in fredericksburg go to those ....for 45 for luncb and it was bland not even hot over cooked .... just not worth it.

Wednesdays is Pupusa Sale Day, I think 1.50 each, and you don't even have to romance some salvadoreñas, you can just walk in and get the deal, easy peasy, extra curtido pleasey...

The papusas were fantastic and the bakery selection was decent. The service was a little slow but definitely worth waiting for. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Food is great, but takes a long time (45 minutes and longer) if busy.

After seeing so many positive reviews on social media, I came here for lunch, as I love good Salvadorian eats! This place is pretty big on the inside and very clean. It smelled amazing, as they are also a Panaderia, so it smelled like freshly baked treats! The lady at the desk taking orders was AWESOME! Very friendly, spoke perfect English, joked around and offered good suggestions, that I tried and loved! I opted for a spinach pupusa and a pollo pupusa with a side of yuca and since they had an interesting taco menu, I went with her suggestion of the carne. The pupusas were OUTSTANDING! Best I’ve ever had – ANYWHERE! They were a nice side, with a nice grill on them which made them a little bit crispy on parts of the outside. The ingredients were fresh and very good too and the slaw was fresh. But their tomato sauce was actually very flavorful! Most places I go, the tomato sauce is bland, but not here! On to the yuca – again – OUTSTANDING! It had a nice crisp to it and none of it was dry and it appeared that after they fried it up, they dipped them in a birria type of sauce, as they were yellowish/orange in color, but that only penetrated 1/8” and then they were naturally white on the inside and whatever it was they were dipped in offered GREAT flavor! But their yellow sauce is so very tasty and slightly spicy too!! Then, their Carne taco was spot-on! Best taco I’ve had around here!! Their green sauce was very tasty and spicy – Something I definitely enjoyed and same with their red hot sauce. Since everything was soooo amazing, I had to try something they bake here for dessert and opted for tres leche – OUTSTANDING! Most tres leche I get from other places, either the icing is way too sweet and/or the milk isn’t the right consistency and lacking in flavor, but not here – Their icing was spot-on, as was the milk the cake sat in – awesome! In fact, I brought some home to my son and he said it was the best he’s ever had too. I really enjoyed this visit and will be back really soon!

So we decided to try this place for a early lunch/ late breakfast. My mother got a Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant with potatoes. I got the two taco combination with lengua tacos. Everything was delicious. The only negative I would have is the air freshener for the dining area is a little strong, and the music a tad too loud. It was difficult speaking across the table to each other. Plan on at least 10+$ a meal which may be a little high for a breakfast/lunch spot , but it was good food.

Excellent first visit to this gem of a restaurant. Wonderful food with great service. Huevas Ranchero were the best I've had. Wish I had found this place sooner. Will definitely return to try the bakery assortment as I had no room to do so this visit.

Advertise Taco Tuesday $1.25 per taco on their website and then charged me full price. That's not how you conduct business and retain a customer base. Won't get me again because I will not be coming back. Enjoy the gotcha moment.

OMG the pupusas are so amazing!! We also ordered fresh passion fruit juice and churros. Everything was delicious and fresh!

My brothers and I love this place we always feel welcomed and the food is amazing! I stopped eating fast food thanks to this restaurant too GRACIAS DONA TERE
