First off when you try to schedule a pick up for a later time in the day it automatically selects tomorrows date and won’t offer you the ability to select todays date. It also states that this store ONLY does contactless carry out. I called the store as I sat outside and explained the issue and told them the gentleman the car I was sitting in outside when my pizza was done. After 32 minutes and still no pizza I called the store back and the gentleman says “oh your pizza has been done.”Terrible customer service. I suggest you hire people who have a passion for going above and beyond for their customers as this gentleman knew I was sitting outside waiting and did not think to even just call me at the least to tell me my pizza was done. He just let my pizza be done when I told him I was waiting outside.
I decided today I would go for it and order domino’s for a fun cheat day. I ordered two of my favorite specialty pizzas and wanted to try the lava cakes. I placed it online and chose curbside, so my wife could pick it up on her way home. She arrives and it comes out. I get a notification that it because it wasn’t out in two minutes I get a free my pizza. Like yes I didn’t even realize this was a thing great job. She gets home I see the lava cakes were not there and the pizzas were barely sliced and dry. I was disappointed to say the least. I tried calling several times and it always got disconnected. After trying for 30 mins I gave up. This started out on a good note and ended poorly. Sorry dominos but the ball was dropped on this one
Always accurate on the orders, great customer service, and the food is awesome.
This Dominoes is horrible. I placed an order, said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I go to the store, give them my name. Pizza was ready but they had to make Bread Twists. 15 minutes go by and I ask about my order. The guy tells me “they” forgot to place my order. While I was waiting I noticed several pizzas waiting for delivery. I heard the female driver say “I’m not delivering because I’m low on gas and I don’t have any money. I need my gas to get home.”
So I am giving it a 2 star to be nice to the supervisor who did take care of me.1st I wanted to order wings on there 5.99 each deal my meal for 2 sets of wings and ranch on Friday night was 28.00 I canceled that order Monday I order again its 14.00 what a difference same food but the store then screws up and gives me the wrong food causing me to go back there a 2nd time
I had to order online to get the pizza. It was easier than I thought. Showed up and it was done. It was very tasty…
Don’t waste your time. They delivered a burnt pizza without the correct toppings. The service here is horrible. If you call to get assistance with your pizza, they will make an excuse and will not refund your money. Would give zero stars if I could.
Waited too long for pu order and forgot part of a $42. Order. And promised to deliver andnever did being it

We ordered a couple of pizza's at 6:40pm. at 8pm my wife called domino's to ask where are pizza's were. She was disconnected three times. Finally, I decided I would drive to the location and speak with a very unhelpful manager. The manager said she couldn't help speed up the delivery and would not make the issue right. The pizza's were delivered around 8:20pm and were cold from taking over an hour to reach us. Do not waste your time with this Domino's the management is incompetent and needs to be fired. Order from other pizza places in fredericksburg.
