We ordered delivery directly from Dickeys and let me say, I was FULLY impressed that they were not just on time BUT EARLY! The food smells amazing and I’m very much looking forward to this meal for my husbands 60th birthday. He is a big fan!
Food is always great and the kids love the ice cream ? cones, well I do too ?
It was good, but not great. I prefer Shawn's BBQ in Fredericksburg. The potato salad tasted like it was bought from a grocery store and the beans weren't completely done, some were soft and some crunchy(?)- grocery store beans would have been an improvement. The ribs were overcooked, chewy and really dry. The pulled pork was very good, as was the sauce, roll and coleslaw.
First time here. Was a little slow getting the food but no big deal. Got all the way home and was missing food from the order.Tried calling and no one answered so I ended up driving all the way back there. They did fix the order but by the time I got home food was cold so can't really give an accurate review on that. But not really much comment on messing up the order no sorry or anything. Got what I ordered I guess but can't really say I'll be in a hurry to come back.For reference it was not busy either maybe 3 tables when I initially came in with customers and one table the second time.
Wow!! Just wow!!! I walked in and was greeted immediately! The restaurant is so clean and organized. The bathroom was very clean and fresh. Now to the food, I ordered the Old School Plate which featured Brisket and Kielbasa. I chose the Jalepeno Cheddar Kielbasa which is so spicy and juicy it's mouthwatering! I got the Jalepeno Beans and Baked Potato Casserole which were both delicious! I want to highlight Essence and Aaron for the top tier customer service!!!! They are the best and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot to everyone!!! Tell a friend to tell a friend!
Some coworkers and I bought food from this restaurant. Hands down, the worst BBQ we've ever had, nearly the worst food I've ever had. Every order had something missing or wrong. I got a cuban sandwich and it tasted like someone dumped a whole salt shaker on the meat, went light on the mustard, blew it down and dried the whole thing up with a hairdryer, and, to pour salt in the wound (pun intended), added two, slimey, weak, little pickle slices. This is a terrible first impression. Probably never ordering from here again.

Everything except for the beans was cold, the prices are to high for the quality. I really didn't want to drive out to rt3 to go to mission Bbq, but I will never make that mistake again.
Today is Tuesday March 22, I got the Tuesday special at Dickey's. Which is the rib plate with two sides and a drink.It was delicious! Everything including the potato salad, and green beans! Can't wait to go back (:
Cyanna an Essence (sp) were awesome with customer service and making the visit enjoyable. Great attitudes in these troubled times! Breath of fresh air!
