First the sourbread french toast, OMG dry, staley, not appetizing at. As you can see was all I could stomach.Then the syrup for French toast and pancakes etc..says 100% pure, ok, true but then you add in the corn syrup and you have something thats not pure and something runny. For crying out loud cracker barrel would you have eaten this as around your table!My eggs over medium so that's a given.Husbands eggs over easy were over medium medium...It's just not a cracker barrel, more like crackle in the barrel.Very disappointing and not cheap for a family.Restaurant was too busy, not enough help and just wasn't worth waiting around to explain the complaint to management.Road tripping and time is of the essence.Old food served warmed up was my feeling on this family Saturday morning breakfast meal
Slow service. The water tasted like dirt. The waiter snapped when asked to please bring the bread basket prior to the meal coming out. We had to ask several times for salad dressing and steak sauce. The atmosphere was strangely tense with this waiter. Go to the one in Spotsylvania; you will be treated with respect and dignity. The wait staff here hates customer service. Don’t waste your time and money on people that hate their jobs.
We went on a Saturday night and were so confused why the parking lot was empty and a party of 6 got seated so quickly. Now we know! Although the hostess was super friendly, our experience with our waitress was a nightmare. We only saw her twice- to order drinks and to order food. She never came to check on us again. We had to hunt down other waitresses to get drink refills, the correct food, and even our check! The first half of our party had 2 wrong orders come out and the other half of party waited another 15 minutes for their food. Good good (when it finally came out!), but the service was terrible and the floor in the entire building is so sticky and dirty! Do yourself a favor and find a different restaurant!
I asked several times for my order and it never came so I spoke to the manager and he sad they were out of hamburger meat so I asked for Pork cop but it was not Saturday And service was terrible.
Love this location! Our Food was was delicious & hot. Our server, on 03/19/22 was Kalani. She was exceptional: attentive and proactive in anticipating needs. We'll definitely come back!
My last visit here was horrible. Our food took 45 mins to come to the table. When the food arrived items were missing. I asked to speak with the manager and he proceeded to tell me the amount of time my food took to come out was inaccurate and he wanted to debate about the missing items. He made me and my family feel like we were trying to get over on a free meal. He was not apologetic and when I proceeded to tell him the server rang the item in right but his cook messed up he wanted to argue instead of making it correct. Just HORRIBLE. I will never spend money here again. Do better!!!!
We've been going to this Cracker Barrel for awhile and usually the service is great. Today, however, we had a server named Melissa and she was insanely rude. I'm not sure why, but after I said I wanted a plain burger she completely changed. She was rude for the remainder of our time there, snapped at my mother, and refused to bring bread to the table (which isn't that big a deal - just odd). I like the restaurant, but I don't think anyone should be treated in the way that Melissa treated me and my family.
Not impressed. Ordered mommas pancake meal around 1 pm. Bacon was cold. Waitress returned with more burnt bacon. Told cashier too who dismissed our concerns. Store is just interested in taking dollars and serving cold food. I'd rate place a C-. Left 20 percent tip anyway.
Love the food, service is great and the waiters and waitresses are very polite and prompt. The new app that allows you to pay your bill at the table is neat as well.
Now, I understand that this location is busy often, with a lot of business and swarms of people coming through, but the week prior was just plain ridiculous. When I had kindly asked the lady to grab me a manager, she gave me this almost evil look. We didn't get to see the man until about 20 minutes later, who told us we were being disruptive and rude! Later I had to call the front desk to ask who the manager was. It took me five minutes of prying to learn that his name was Maurice.Terrible management, and the leaders in charge are rude. Never expect me to come back ever again!
