Multiple times I have ordered from this restaurant each time I order the same meal and about 50% of the time it's not correct at all I order extra corn cheese and sour cream each time and it's right half the time when I place a order now today 4/29 on my bday my food is wrong calling them gets me noplace at all the phone rings and rings it's sad that if I want chipotle it's either drive there myself or don't order from them thank you for ruining a bday lunch
Went there last night and was so disappointed. Knew we should have left when standing in line there was one person making the orders. She was working hard but food was being dropped everywhere and the pans were almost empty and scraping bottom of them and it looked nasty. Rice was under cooked. No flavor in anything. Will never go back.
Horrible customer service. Both of my bowls had uncooked rice and we couldn’t eat them. Took them in the next day inside the bag and receipt and were told they couldn’t do anything about it! HOW STUPID
I placed an order through Doordash for chicken burrito bowl with just A FEW items; chicken, white rice, PINTO beans, and lettuce. They added every other topping as well. If i was allergic to anything else that was added, a careless mistake could've turned into a serious problem.
I'm paying more and more for smaller and smaller portions. I used to not be able to finish a Chipotle burrito bowl, now the portions are so small I'm still hungry after. Mobile orders almost always come incorrect from this location as well. I won't waste my money at this location anymore. I kept giving them chances, because I remember how good it was when it first opened here. This last time was the last time.
Always nice and clean, I believe the prices went up because I had to go back and get more cash (but everything is), service good and the food excellent.
They gave me the complete wrong order but still had the lid with my name on the top. I’m allergic to avocados and both meals ordered (w no guac) BOTH had guac. Being short-staffed and taking forever is one thing but AT LEAST get the orders right!
Incredible service. Food was fresh. So many employees! It was great. Staff were very friendly.
can't order in person. You have to order online. This makes no sense. Not one staff member cleans the tables after people touch them but they won't let them stand in line. This is a joke. Chipotle keeps getting better and better.
We’ve been going here for years and have always loved it…however the last two times have really turned me off. Last time they blocked off the line with some chairs as I walked in the door and told me I would have to use an app to order. The people who walked in 10 seconds before me got to order. I bagged it and went somewhere else. I figured I’d give them another try even though I still aggravated over my last experience. Today, although they had 30+ bags of chips on the shelves, they wouldn’t sell me one unless I ordered it online…but they sold one to the party ahead of me. “Oh, we’re running low now and online orders are the priority.” They literally implied in-person customers are not a priority. The people behind me were upset about this too. I waited 30 minutes in line to order three bowls and three chips for my family. Had to go get low-grade chips at Walmart. Very disappointing Chipotle.
