They’re SO stingy. My burrito was pretty tiny. This is how it is even AFTER I asked for a little more. It’s literally the size of a baked potato. Most of their crew members are kinda mean and for what? I tried giving them benefit of the doubt the first few times I went and this is not it. I will take the longer trip and go to another location from now on. Oh and thanks for wrapping my burrito :) by not wrapping the whole thing. I hate having to do bad reviews but it needed it.

I mean you can’t win with this store. I love chipotle, and usually have minimum problems at this location but I think it’s about time I say my peace. Not accepting cash randomly okay I get it. I drove 15 minutes for nothing. Oh no randomly only accepting cash? Again, 15 minutes for nothing. Oh online orders only? Again, 15 minutes for nothing. Prepare to be disappointed with this location.

Just wanted to point out that we've gone to this Chipotle a few times now, but I hadn't felt the urge to either praise or denouce the place until tonight. The gentleman that was working at 440pmish today was a Rockstar!Not only was his service kind and cordial, but he went out of his way to grab a chocolate milk in the back for my kid and grabbed fresh ingredients when the rice wasn't looking so special without me even questioning it. All that being said, the food was also really good tonight.The dude even had a genuine smile when interacting. Thanks Chipotle for hiring a solid chap!

We stopped going to this location around the start of the pandemic because the quality became very hit or miss. The ingredients weren't properly seasoned, portions weren't right, burritos were poorly wrapped, etc. They seemed understaffed and like they were having trouble training the people they did have.We figured it might have been a temporary situation, so we tried going back today. Unfortunately, they still seem to be struggling, even though there were hardly any customers at the time. We ordered online, but 20 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready, it still wasn't out. I eventually had to ask one of the staff if they got the order, and it turned out it was just sitting there in the kitchen. And none of the items were labeled.If you're in the mood for Chipotle, I recommend passing on this location. The one about 10 minutes south on route 1 is much better.

This location is trash. You order through DoorDash they forget stuff. You get to the location at 9:30 and they’re already putting away the food. Door and website clearly says 10pm not 9:30 or 9:50. Then ask surprised as if customers aren’t supposed to be there. I’ll definitely start picking another location.

I don’t have the heart to rate any chipotle with a one star but my experience today was rather disappointing. My family of 5 went in the store to pick up dinner and when we got to the guac the employees refused to serve us any guac on our meals claiming the corporate policy is that the guacamole is for “online orders only” the bin of guac was sitting in plane sight and had plenty. Needless to say for the first time in 14 years of patronizing chipotle I left empty handed. I’ve been to this location many times in the past but this experience was very disappointing.

Worst experience ever !! We ordered burrito bowl via door dash and paid extra extra for the order plus door dash fees plus deliver tip and in return what we get is a completely different item which is not even fully prepared and there is no way to call or do anything about it. We can’t go out at this time to that store again!! We just wasted our money three times the original cost of the item from the store!

Go to another chiptole nearby instead. Online order had missing ingredients. Nothing had labels for a large order meant every burrito had to be cut open. Queso consistency was too thick and they mixed in cheap supermarket chips with their normal chips.

95% of the time I visit this store they never have anything cooked or prepped. Today i entered again because it is the only chipotle where I live at and, they had no fajitas made, no chicken, beef, corn, or pico de gallo? I understand if its busy but half the time the store is empty. Staff needs management and employees who are at least willing to try and provide service.

Came in on tuesday 12/14/21 & they had no guacamole? They were understaffed, but the restaurant was clean and the service was good. Disappointed they had no guacamole, which that’s why I even go. They have the best guac!!
