My husband ordered a burrito last night, for the first time in forever, because we normally don’t have a great experience at this chipotle. He ordered a steak & chicken burrito, chips, and guac, which is what he always gets. He took the first bite of guac and spit out right away, saying it tasted old and like it had gone bad (picture of it in the trash can). Then he started eating the burrito, and once half way through, realized he still hadn’t even gotten a bite of meat... I kid you not, there were maybe 2 bites of meat in there. The burrito was the smallest I have ever seen come out of a chipotle. I don’t know if it is a constant w the brand, but it has just been on a constant decline for the last few years. The quality of the food isn’t there anymore, and you can tell the employees are being pushed to out less and less food in the meals. Super disappointed, we used to love chipotle so much
Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Unprofessional, dirty and they cannot get an order right. Can’t forget how they never have change. I can’t believe how bad the service is!!! Highly recommend you find another Chipotle to go to

Very disappointed with whoever was on rice duty tonight 2/15/22 6:50pm. How can you screw up rice so bad and work at chipotle ??♀️ Crunchy rice is not my thing.
I know what you're thinking, "it's chipotle, it's always good!" Well this one is awful. Worst chipotle by a long shot that I've ever been to. I got a bowl to go, double meat. Steak and barbacoa. The steak was MAYBE a 1/4 scoop, and seriously chewy and dry and burnt. Awful. The barbacoa was dry and overdone too. No chips with my chips and guac, and the guac just wasn't like any other chipotles quac I've had. Seriously 0/5, worst chipotle ever.
If I could give them 0 stars I would ! This is my 3rd time coming to this location for the chicken bowl and they are out of chips ! They do not keep up with food inventory and don’t care to stock up on items ! This location needs better management ! I just left there for a chicken bowl and the young man told me they were out of chicken, I asked him how long it will take and he said he doesn’t know, he’s waiting for the cook to get back … That’s ridiculous! They have no queso, chips or chicken ! The food area looks unsanitary with food everywhere and going into other condiment containers ! I hope someone read this and make changes at this location !
We were there late at night. The place was busy!I had tacos. They were great.
Unbelievably long lines. Very very slow service. A Mexican restaurant that does not have any taco shells. A Mexican restaurant that does not have any hot sauce. And the food super salty as always
I give them a 3only because I was gonna eat their one day last year cause the food smelt great an was told they had good food but when I got their they told me I had to have exact change or no service...you guessed it,I didn't go in to try their food at all an haven't been back since
