I ordered from here last week they didn’t put what i asked for on my bowl, but the other bowl was perfect, I order today and they put 1 one bowl in the bag and not the other two! I don’t understand why have an app to place orders if it’s not going to be correct! Make sure your workers pay attention to what they are doing! Gas is high and nobody has time to keep going back n forth to the restaurant to get the order correct! This is my last time ordering from this chipotle
Not that great this time. Idk if they are short staff or what. I got a veggie salad and got maybe a handle full of lettuce, sautéed veggies were burnt and I had black hair in the queso. The chips almost tasted like they were cooked to long and VERY oily. I will not be coming back to this chipotle. And the inside was disgusting. If you don’t have the staff to manage good quality service then don’t open. Everyone is short staff no excuses for such poor quality.
In my opinion, this is the best location in the area. But it is very confusing as to why this location is always out of fajita veggies. Other than that, the staff is amazing and the food is fresh.
Super clean store. Layout makes dining room drafty, nice in summer, bad in winter. I saw them training like a dozen baby Chipotle birds earlier this week and I look forward to putting them through their paces with in person ordering. Take out has made kitchen staffs soft. No one fears a disappointed customer 12 miles away. It's Chipotle, you know what you're getting, fajita veggies were done well and all protein was spec to visual on my visit. I don't even understand how those carless UMW kids get there. This Chipotle needs a meals on wheels for those poor frosh. Can you imagine your first two years of college during covid?
5 dollars for guacamole you would expect then to use ripe avacados . and not have big chunks for un ripe avacado a fork couldn't even poke thru . the fajita pepers and onions were un cooked and raw . staff spent more time talking then making the food . or making their own food for lunch .
Very disappointed. Showed up over an hour before closing. Half the ingredients were out and they were cleaning the grills and dishes, but still taking orders. If you aren't open, then lock the doors.Oh they also stopped delivering to my address, despite having delivered just fine for over a year.
Fresh and delicious Mexican food! Will definitely go back.
Chipotle! One of my favorite Mexican restaurants, I always have a good experience coming to Chipotle, nice clean restaurant wit a good welcoming staff.Today I ordered the new Chorizo Bowl w/ extra Plant Base Chorizo & side Guacamole, the Chorizo was actually really flavorful, seasoned very well, I liked it. I will be back again soon, & I will recommend ppl to try it out..

Today was my daughter’s birthday and Chipotle is her absolute favorite so I decided to treat her for dinner. We don’t typically go to this location, as we are closer to Cosners Corner. The young lady who helped us wasn’t very friendly and gave us a MASSIVE amount of salsa and the very bottom of the chicken that was left. In the 5 mins it took us to get home, everything was completely saturated by the salsa and soggy. I don’t usually post negative reviews as my experience is usually great! It was just disappointing.
