Bathroom is small and always crowded. About 5 employees taking orders, 2-3 employees serving and 5 out of the folks that were working were having lunch together. Make up your mind. Do you have a business or a hangout club?! There about 10 customers waiting more than 20min. I know I was. And cherry on top - the lemonade/iced tea I bought was pure water with ice. Ugh!
After stopping at this Chik-fil-A I do believe that it has cemented my opinion that Chik-fil-A is my favorite fast food place to grab food from while driving any sorts of long distance. Their staff is always, and I mean ALWAYS, happy, polite and insanely efficient. There's a reason why there's always a long line at every Chick-fil-A. Best yet, they always only take several minutes to get thru since it's just not one person you're dealing with behind a window. Instead, you're greeted by several staff members along the way and infact at the end you're usually handed your food from a team member on your side of the window. It's awesome, and this particular store gave us chicken tenders that were moist and crispy and nuggets that were divine.
This franchise used to be up to CFA's high standards, but my last two visits have not been good experiences. 2 weeks ago, I ordered catering and my order was missing a whole cookie tray and I was given the wrong sauces (which we all know, CFA's chicken without CFA sauce is essentially useless). Today, I went through the drive-through. When handed my food, I was missing a large fry, a three-piece tenders entrée and a spicy chicken sandwich. When I mentioned this, they corrected the order, but when I looked at the three-piece tenders they were the saddest, smallest, and dryed-out pieces I have never know CFA to produce. This place has seriously gone downhill since the new one opened down the street.
If you are looking for nice people and want a mint candy go here but other than that DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I've never been to a Chik Fil A that i did not like till we went here 3/26 at 8:40pm. Their Raw fries are very oily, salty and soggy. The chicken sandwich is not hot. Not warm almost cold. I got a half sweet tea and half lemonade that is not even right. I would not recommend going here nor will i be back here. They forget to give my chicken sandwich at first!!
Hit this restaurant right at noon on a week day but the staff was very efficient and we we delivered our food promptly. Chicken sandwiches were piping hot! Great job. Will go to this Chick-fil-A again
A popular travel stop, this restaurant had its act together getting the line moving, taking the order and bringing he food to the table. Clean rest rooms and ample parking.
Good food & gluten-free options
The rep was customer friendly and felt like home and the food was delicious and I asked for a refill for my lemonade ? which was free. My co-worker said it's better than McDonald's which was across the street.
Thr last few month this store has gone downhill ? today was the worse. I ordered a Cobb salad and got grilled chicken that I didn't order. I paid 12.00 for a salad and drink. Last time I do it
Location has went downhill. The food is usually still good but the wait times for carryout (even when placed on the app beforehand) are extremely long. I used to get curbside and loved the simplicity of it. They eliminated curbside because the inside is open again, but the downside of that is you have to cross through the very busy drive thru lines to go inside the restaurant. The last two times I came here, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in, but was forgotten about or items were left out.
