Update:My visit was a bit different this time. I ordered a small soup and medium fries but when I pulled up to the window I was only given the soup. I asked for the fries and the girl goes “it’s not in the bag?” And i was like no, that’s why I’m asking for the fries. She asks again when another girl looks at me as if I were lying about not having the fries. So I grabbed the bag and showed them.As I’m pulling out the drive through I realize I had no spoon so I had to walk to their drive through window and ask for a spoon. Then I realized they never put crackers in the bag for my soup but I was fed up and didn’t feel like going back.Very disappointed!!********************************This chick fil a is always packed. But the staff is so nice and hard working so our wait isn’t usually long. We’ve gone to other locations and get ignored or have bad experiences all the time. This location is truly our favorite. You guys are generous with the sauces when we ask and your fries are always fresh. Thank you for your hard work and kindness guys!!!
I been getting Chick-fil-A for lunch multiple days a week for years, and this one is easily the best one in the Fredericksburg area. Their easily the most consistent one with the fastest service. I wish the still had curbside pickup and their parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare, but I'd blame that on the design and the drivers, rather than the management of the store. If you're going to get Chick-fil-A whilst in Fredericksburg, this is the one I'd recommend.
Horrible, I haven't had nuggets that were actually cooked since the only location was in the mall 15 years ago. They are blonde as opposed to brunette and pink in middle...never cooked right anymore at any location. Noticed it as soon as they had drive-thru's years ago, "oops that customers nuggets are raw, good thing he won't find out until he gets home in 20 mins and won't do anything about it"
Chick Fil A stays packed everyday, I mean Everyday!But the food is Good so I can't really Complain, I ordered the Spicy Chicken DeluxeThey also a Lil expensive
Customer service is excellent as always! However, my waffle fries ? had dark marks in them and weren't cooked enough. They didn't have a crispy outside like normal.
Messed my order up, told me to come back. Made a review and they got back to me and gave me the meal I should of gotten. I appreciate you all making it right. Customer service is still at chick fil a thank the Lord!

This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Their food just tastes so much better. A higher quality taste and above and beyond service and positivity.

Love there chicken and good ice and everything is good. It very busy but you get thru drive thru quickly.
