I don't like being negative the people that work there are very nice but it's just not for me.

Sorry to do this, but I must report that I was very disappointed. We used the drive thru, and when we got to the window we had to remind the server about our drinks & she seemed distracted or perhaps upset about something. Then after we got home we realized that instead of chicken nuggets (or bites, whatever they're called) we realized we'd been given wings, so there were bones to deal with that we hadn't expected. Was she new, short-handed or just having a bad day?
I am in drive-thru for about 10 minutes waiting for my food and the line and drive-thru is ridiculous they need to have at least two windows open.
