Absolutely the worst at accurately fulfilling my order at the drive through. Over the past 6 months I have not received a complete order. Not one single time. Today was the worst. Missing fries, missing fruit cup, and a young lady arguing with me at the window trying to show me her screen. I had a receipt and the receipt was accurate. Customer service needs improvement. I don’t need any more free things. Management, do some training, watch and listen to what is going on.
This location is not as good as it once was. We had a horrible interaction with an employee (she made fun of my wife and, when confronted, said she was talking about an order) and contacted CFA cares about it. They assured me that a customer relations person from the restaurant would contact me, but what I actually got was a form email from the Operator.We will take our money to the CFA on Plank from now on.Seriously, avoid this location.
Ordered a chicken sandwich via door dash. Noticed during the ordering process there was an extra charge for "white bread with butter". I thought to myself, well I dont need to pay an extra $.29 for white bread with butter, so I unchecked it. When my order arrived I pulled out the package that was supposed to have contained my chicken SANDWICH. There was no bun, just the chicken patty. You charge extra for a bun for a chicken SANDWICH??!! Unbelievable.
Really hope im reviewing the right Chick Fil A.I never been to this specific branch before. Stopped by to grab a bite, I believe her name was Anne, the lady at the register, was very nice and gave great customer service. Everyone else that I saw seemed well put together as well. Nice
Great food and the staff are always very pleasant. It did take a while for the food to come out, but I appreciate the curbside pickup option since the drive thru is always packed.
Food was good as usual. Had to use the drive through because the app wouldn't load in their curbside area.
Nice location, but maneuvering through their parking lot is a disaster nightmare. I didn't know where to drive.. They have 2 drive-thru lanes and unless you drive through the outer lane the only way to get out is to drive through the accessible parking spaces, so if those are filled the only way to get out is to drive in the drive-thru lane, which could be backed up depending on when you go. On the other hand, the food is great, I just wish they'd actually put the extra pickles that I ask for on my sandwich like other locations do instead of putting it on the side..
I always go to Central Park chic fil a for curbside for a quick bite and have never had an issue. But I ordered a large fry and it might as well be a medium. And they were EXTREMELY SALTY. First time being dissatisfied
I received a code for a free salad a couple months ago for an order that was completely wrong. They offered the whole order to be a free code next time but I said just the salad will be fine. I went to redeem the code and was told they just changed the policy and won’t honor it. That’s ridiculous. The customer service used to be the best, but this just lost me. I’ll find my food elsewhere.
This Chick-Fil-A is a high pace store sometimes they get overwhelmed but for all guests and myself to be patient with them if they missed anything they are glad to help and make it right the staff and Manger's are an outstanding bunch of great people.
