We went late tonight and we were the only table. The waitress McKayla was my favorite part. She was so happy, friendly,and honestly a great person. Everything was wonderful.
WORTH THE WAIT!!! We were told there would be a 45 minute wait. But it was only 23 minutes which gave us time to sit and enjoy a cocktail and look over the menu. Kevin and Kristy were our servers and they couldn't have been more polite professional and accommodating! Our highest compliments to the kitchen staff as everything we ordered was delicious! What an amazing staff at the Carrabba's in Fredericksburg! We were visiting from New Jersey and we will be back to this restaurant for certain!
Review by two adultsWe were greeted by the hostess and seated. Our server was named Brandon, who I thought was spectacular in his service. He went above and beyond expectation. All around in general The Establishment was clean and pleasant. It provided a nice atmosphere. The food was fabulous.
Excellent service and food! They use homemade pasta, which makes the food so much more authentic. The presentation of the food was great as well. Sangria was very good and not watered down. Warm fresh bread with oil and spices is served when you are seated. The opportunity to go online and get on the wait list for the 6 of us got us a table in less than 10 minutes when there was a waiting area full of people.
Food first, it was very good. Chicken Bryan was great, steak Tuscany was cooked perfect, bread was hottt, and the sausage lentil soup was yummy. We were there at 7:30pm.It has been a long time since I had spot on service like I did with Darius tonight!! This kid is a hard worker, personable, had spot on recommendations, drinks were full, bread was brought, and he was SOOO Polite! Do yourself a favor and ask for him, you won't be disappointed in service. My husband is sometimes hard to please and even he suggested we tell the Manager about how awesome the service was. I will be back to visit!
I have ordered from here several times now and am never disappointed. The food arrives well packaged, never missing any items, and still warm. The pasta is flavourful, the veggies crisp, the bread fresh. I will order here again when looking for something more satisfying than a quick food order.
We always have a great time here but last night our service was exceptional! The restaurant was packed and we had a 30 minute wait time. Kevin came out from behind the bar and asked if we wanted a drink while we waited. There was a long table with a sign saying it was closed for seating because of Covid and social distancing but there were no seats at the bar. Kevin told us to feel free to sit and the table and relax. We were actually able to move to the bar quickly. Preston served our drinks and he made a great dirty martini which I am always nervous about ordering. When we got our text that a table was available, Kevin let us know we would be sitting at his table in the bar area and he would take care of us. He absolutely did. The food was good as it always is but the service we got from Kevin and Preston really made the difference! Preston said they are there every Saturday night and we may have to go back on Saturday’s just for their exceptional service.
Our server Tyler is such a nice young man. He was kind and courteous and will grow to be a valuable asset to Carrabas! It was my first time here and the food was very good. Kudos to Sandy the GM.
