Great service and great food
Please do not go here me and my 2 year old son got food poisoning. The food was so cold it was probably sitting out for long period of time when told them they took our food to the back and would heat it up I didn’t think about it at the time but instead of bringing a new one they took our food and brought the same one back out. This place is not clean a refund isn’t even worth the amount of pain I’m in and how sick me and my son got. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and we go all the time and I never been to such a horrible location it should be shut down. Please beware we didn’t even get meat items since we don’t eat meat my son got kids Mac and we got cauliflower wings if we could get food poisoning from those items just imagine how they handle meat based products.
Great food but service could be better. I ordered an appetizer that I normally do and the order was taken incorrectly. When I kindly brought it back, Caitlyn was extremely rude and took the mistake personally. I just wanted my food ?Spoke with a manager who was not really understanding the situation in addition to an unnecessary defensive demeanor. Not a good day to order from this staff. When I got my food the sauce was just dumped clearly inconsiderately. I honestly just wanted the correct food and was inquiring as if I had ordered it incorrectly or not to avoid the misunderstanding in the future but now I’m Never going here again?✌? 5.28.22 5:00 pm
Sucks and has for at least ten years. I was dragged here by my friends. I don’t condone it, but I see Why there was always and maybe still be violence sometimes late night. I’m sorry, but I do. The atmosphere and service will bring out the worst in customers. The customers are treated horribly the food is cold, the bathroom has multiple health code violations, the managers don’t care, and the bar smells like it’s the bathroom covered in beer as they serve up your drinks with fruit flies and the roaches running around freely like they own the place. And those roaches probably care more than the entire staff management and owners. Oh, and if you’re BLACK, don’t expect service. Just listen as the servers tell one another,“I’m not taking them, they don’t really tip.”. True story. Avoid at all costs.
I am a fan of B-Dubs but on this particular instance not so much the picture you will see that is my serving of fries oh, and I have not even touched one... Good beer and the spicy peppers on the burger were fantastic.
This place would have gotten 2 stars if not for the superior service provided by my server, Alyssa. The food is average, at best. There was hardly any cheese or meat on my ultimate nachos and my sons boneless wings came out with more breading than sauce. I think it might be time to give up on BeeDubs. Alyssa, on the other hand, was everything you'd want in an employee dealing with customers. She was bubbly and happy and just a joy to be around.
Service at the bar was good, food was good, but it smelled like a toilet and even one of the servers commented to the bartender about the smell. Someone eventually found some air freshener to spray which made it better but clearly not fixing the problem.
So I know it's going to be busy on super bowl Sunday. I placed my order at 8:30 in the morning for 5:30 pm. When we arrived to pick it up we were told they were running about 30 minutes behind. It's now 6:18 and still no order. We the hell would you alow someone to place an order for a certain. Time when there was no intention of having it ready or no offer of apology. Never going back. Worst service I have ever experienced
My wife and I stopped in this location today for lunch. We had just spent 6 days without power due to a snow storm. The food was good and properly prepared. Shaun, our server, was polite and kind and very attentive to our needs. We'll be back.
Best visit in a long time. Our server Alyssa was amazing!
