We had never been at Bonefish before. I ordered sirloin and crab cakes, with sides of bacon Mac and cheese and asparagus. My boy friend had sirloin and shrimp with bacon Mac and cheese. The sirloin was good, but a sharper knife was needed (med rare). The m&c was very bland, the crab cake was way overcooked. The waitress was very good. I was surprised that the two "sides" we ordered were charged $3.00 each separately. We did order bang bang shrimp, which was good but not exceptional. The carrot lava cakes @$8.50 each were definitely not worth it.
Bonefish is, and always has been, of very high-quality, consistent service. While it would have been nice if our waitstaff had smiled a little bit more, the food was impeccable and the service was unquestionably fabulous. Maybe just an off day...it happens. Hope they get their smile back soon. Hugz...

Bonefish is one of my favorite restaurants to go, haven't been in a long time since today, And they fail to let me down, Service was Suspect at the beginning, but then found out my waitress was the only sever in her section, & her section was packed prior my arrival, I think I brighten up her day by asking how she was doing also leaving her a 30% Gratuity, 'Side note' I stole her Pin ???Okay, let's go. The BangBang Shrimp is On Point as I first remembered it outer Crispy Creamy & Spicy, The Rockefeller Butterfish (aka) Black Cod was Amazing, very tasteful Silky & with the pieces of Lump crab made it over the top in flavor, Overall had and great experience food was wonderful, not to forget how clean the place was, all covid photcals were met, the bathroom were very clean, I'll definitely be back again and will recommend to family and friends..
The experience was great, Alexis was immediately accommodating for seating without reservations. The food was delicious and service good will certeinly go back!
While we waited for 35-45 mins for a table, it was well worth the wait. Our server Corbyn was amazing, attentive and super friendly! Very rarely these days do the staff interact with you and make you feel like your important. The food was on time, cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! They never let us down, but good service is the reason to come back if you want the all around genuinely pleasant experience. ???
A bit disappointed in the food. Service was great. Nice place good location, but crab cakes were not tasty or of any substance. fish was ok, but I expected better from a seafood place. Drink was good so shout out to bartender.

We have been coming to this location for a few years and have always had excellent service and food. On our most recent visit, our server was amazing, but the food not so much. Our Bang bang shrimp appetizer was falling apart: scales of shell left on and breading just crumbling. Our cocktails & sangria were ice cold and very tasty! Of the dinners ordered, 2 came with the wrong sides, one came with raw shrimp, and 2 came with improperly cooked steaks: they were still blue. When the polite & professional server brought the manager to our table to address the steaks, he looked terrified: trembling & not making any eye contact. The manager took the raw shrimp & the cut up blue steaks back to the kitchen. Fifteen minutes later, the manager returned with a freshly cooked shrimp skewer, and the cut up steak pieces, re cooked. (I've never seen this happen before.) The steak was now cooked and not raw, but so tough from the re fire, that it was mostly inedible.Our server made sure that the bill was adjusted & we made sure to tip her well for all her hard work. Come here for the great service and tasty drinks, but go somewhere else for your shrimp & steaks.
