It took almost 15 minutes to get one order of food in the drive thru - watched 4 orders behind me get their food while I waited. Discovered that order was wrong after arriving home - wrong chicken, wrong drink, and the pinto beans had a load of salt! You'd think after waiting 15 minutes for a drive thru order that the order would be right.
I come to this location quite often, it's Bojangles. If you like it, you like it. This is a solid Bojangles. Quality is consistent at this location. Quiet yet friendly staff.(I feel Bojangles as a whole is an underrated company, but I can see why people may not like it. If you like places such as KFC or Popeyes, give Bojangles a try. It's great and oftentimes less greasy than the others.)
Bo sandwich is good. The service was fast and the staff was polite.

Food/Customer Service/Price was average. HOWEVER, if you do come here get the family meals because they come with a half gallon of their sweet tea!
Decent food, get the family packs. Half gallon is sweet tea was great. The chicken was kind of bland.
The buttermilk biscuits were too crunchy on the outside and slices of ham were almost paper thin.
