Just completed a curbside pickup. My son is lactose intolerant... I ordered the kids cheeseburger and checked no cheese! Of course there was cheese on the burger and the fries were missing. Partially my fault for not checking the bag but attention to detail here is non existent and they weren't busy so not sure what the issues were. I attempted to call once I got home and the line just rang. Will never visit again.
I was forced to give this location 1 star in order to post my experience; when it truly deserves a '0'. Our entire order was disgusting. How do you mess up 4 simple burgers? They were dry and only 1 of the orders was made as requested. We asked for no cheese on one... it had hard-crusty-burned cheese on it. The others just tasted like cardboard. My 2nd horrible experience with this franchise. The Stafford location made me wait an hour after the scheduled pick-up time for a well done steak & now this truly unacceptable meal provided by the Fredericksburg restaurant.
Please do not eat here it’s nasty Service is poor and I had a roach in my food and it was hair in my kids food please I mean please don’t eat here the first time coming service was bad but I was in the area so I said let me give them another try and I’m sorry I did I will not be goin there ever!!!!! Again
It wasn't good nothing about the visit. Food drinks and service was lousy and this was my place of choice for my birthday. Will not be going back
The cook makes a difference on how the food is prepared or taste. My last visit I had to ask the young man for a drink because he was on his phone behind the counter. He acted like I bothered him. I normally leave a tip, but the only tip I have is for management to be more aware of what their staff is doing..
I always love Applebee's. There food taste great. Always friendly workers. I might go again tonight.
Service was slow. I observed the staff meeting with friends or family during our visit. I also over heard the staff talking smack about the other coustomer.
Went here for lunch after church. Food was fantastic, the service... TERRIBLE! I usually tip well and can overlook things. We had to ask repeatedlyfor things blatantly obvious such as drinks to be refilled. I understand people may also be new so that is understandable. What is not understandable to me is when we go to pay tell me my card is declined, when there is enough money in my account to eat at your restaurant once a day for a full year! Very embarrassing and disrespectful. Hadn't planned on going back but we received a gift card for an early Christmas present and decided to give it another go. Huge mistake! Dropped the ball here guys and will never be back as I am sure you will not make this right.
Went to Applebees this evening service was great, had two margaritas one for me and my girlfriend they were amazing all around a great dinner!, would definitely recommend going to this Applebees if you are in the area.
It was great! I really enjoyed the food and the service was good. It also feels very nice, the building has a great aesthetic inside and outside.
