Recently renovated location (Feb 2022), facilities are clean.Staff is somewhat disorganized and multiple people got incorrect orders.They have Coke Freestyle machines at this location so you can customize your drink.Would recommend the beef burgers over their chicken sandwiches. Frosty is always good. Salads aren’t bad either
Absolute worst!! Don't waste time and money on here. I ordered from this location multiple times because it is in convenient location for me, but they never get the order right. If you add on anything extra, you are guaranteed to not get it and you better hope you get the main dish you ordered. Today, I ordered pecan salad and there was no dressing, no pecan.... just horrible. I am not returning to this location anymore
My order is never correct. Today my son went to pick up lunch, he ordered and got to the window and the order was wrong. He sat there and was ignored while he tried to get it correct. Pulled away to go in and the doors were locked. Not only was our order wrong, but we were missing items. Horrible service!
Closed right now hopefully new management comes in to bring back the Wendy's like before

went to this Wendy's one night to get some food, it was a pretty simple order but the people working at the drive through completely lost the plot and got nearly everything wrong. I ordered two 10 piece nuggets and they only put one 10 piece in the bag, when i noticed the mistake and went back to get my missing item, the lady working behind the window would only give 5 nuggets. They also forgot to put the sauce i requested in the bag and also lied about putting it in the bag when i went back to attempt to get my missing item. The whole time they were also ignoring me asking for things as well as attempts to tell them things. This is unacceptable and possibly the worst Wendy's in the area. Avoid this one at all costs and go to any other of the much better Wendy's in the area.
This is one of the few Wendy's thats been remodeled to the new style Wendy's. So it looks old and tired it. They don't have the new freestyle machine or self-service beverages. And the kids who work there are well kids, at least they have great customer service skills, and own up to there mistakes with customers. The person on register rung up the wrong order for a customer but it was the same price item so when the guy was giving the customer his order he gave him the correct item that the person that ordered which the person then said there was a problem with because he didn't want any nuts on the salad, the guy who run them up said there were no nuts on the salad but no problem he'd have it made again and went and got a fresh salad and had it made again that's excellent customer service.But I'll pass on this Wendy's when for $2.00 more I can get a better burger at Silverado up the parking lot.
Location is well taken care of and is very clean. Service was a bit slow to be taken but overall it was fast.
Good clean food, friendly staff, even at late night hours
I’ve given them 5 chances over the span of 3 months and they’ve been horrible every single time. They forget sauces, utensils, and toppings. One night I made my order drove up to the window and had forgotten my wallet. I asked if they could take Apple Pay and the gentleman replied that they couldn’t accommodate my request. I was okay with the transaction till that point, but then a girl walks up with my order and he turns around and tells her, “don’t give him food, he’s completely broke.” A Wendy’s is a Wendy’s, but I’ve always had pleasant experiences at other ones, but this one consistently drops the ball.
