3 cars and 20 mins in driveway. No apologies or explanation for delay. Didn't listen to the order correctly and got it wrong. The chicken breast was extremely over cooked. Offered no sauce with nuggets and added ice in drink after repeated instructions of not doing so. Not sure if it is under new management but they will lose business very fast the way they are now.
Worst service ever They manage to mess up my order every time….on top of missing items the food quality is bad. On 2 incidents My sandwich was covered all in mayonnaise as if I asked for extra mayo and the fries were super salty. it was disgusting, I threw it away and manger even agreed the sandwich was bad on both occasions. I got a full refund on the second occasions and plan on never going back.The staff are young adults and the manager seems to not care about the food quality. Do NOT GO HERE, you will waste your money.
Trash. Got no answer in the drive-thru, sandwich was greasy, cold, got bacon in my chicken sandwich although did not order it. Avoid at all cost.

I come here sometimes after work for a quick dinner because I don't have time to cook some nights. Whoever was supposed to be taking orders did not answer the drive-through even though I called out 4 separate times.Had to pull up to the window only to see she wasn't even there until I called out. She then proceeded to say (in a very irritated tone) that I wasn't in line so no one could have taken my order. When I told her I had been calling out into the mic out there and no one answered she said no one had heard me.I get that it's night time and sometimes you're ready to go home, but don't make rude assumptions when you are in the wrong. Just apologise and move on.Food was hot and the order was correct except for the young lady forgetting to add on the cheese cup I asked for. I wasn't charged for it so that was good at least. Overall a terrible experience.

You can get your food if you can get someone to understand your order
This Wendy’s is trash and very inconsistent. Ordered a chicken sandwich that was cold and reminded me of tough chicken skin, COLD fries that are campaigned as hot and crispy and a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger where the bottom bun was as hard as a hockey puck. Coke was also watered down. Ridiculous for almost 13 bucks and it’s lunchtime. I would have expected the food to be much more fresh. I won’t be back. I want my money back.
Five stars for the service. The cashier was friendly and very quick to take my order. My name on the order screen does show up as a combination of U's and Y's but I'm sure it's easier than spelling my real name.
They have awful dine in hrs and closes the door to the inside at 7pm. Then your only option is drive thru which wad slow and didn't even give you the receipt to make your comments.
