The guy who runs this place doesn't deserve to own a restaurant with the way he treats people. He and his coworker literally came from around the counter to approach me and SHOUT at me because I read out loud the names of the uber orders i was there to pick up. Even the look on the co-worker's faces let me know they were scared of this guy and didn't know what he was about to do. Just an awful place to go for a quality experience. -4/10The manager is unstable imo and needs mental help because too many comments here are having similar negative experiences.
Absolutely the worst customer service on earth.. an older Asian guy barks at customers and these delivery services if you speak to him.. he doesn't want you on your cell phone while waiting for your food.. he tries to take it from you.. corporate knows of his tactics and put up with him because he works late.. buyer beware.. during the beginning of the pandemic, these delivery services helped keep these businesses afloat.. smh
So far the rudest merchant I have ever dealt with. He started yelling at me because I came in and said "Hello sir, how are you doing to3? I have a pickup order for... etc".I'm not sure what's his problem but you don't approach anyone with that aggressive kind of attitude..
I’m a doordash driver and I went to pick up customers order I've gone a couple of times to pick up customers order he curses at me and other drivers he gets really aggressive and rude I’ll ask him when pizza will be done he starts screaming at me and cursing says leave he gets all in my face really aggressively he’s a dangerous rude men I wish I knew his name but I want people to please be careful when going here this person is not ok to work here.
I try to order some subs late night and that was a terrible customer service over there . I asked them to gave me some deep on the side and they put all of them in my sub and it makes it out of control.if you can not handle it you don’t have to work till 3AM.but if you will you have to work and do your responsibilities. The men was so rude over there and he was screaming at kitchen and when I said thanks he just gave me my order and left. That was the most scary and terrible experience ever .
Most rude manager I've ever spoken too. Didn't have ingredients to make a pizza after we ordered and then gets mad when I had go back and ask office what we should swap for, he threw what he had in his hands down and ran out to lobby yelling then blamed it on no staff, I understand not having the staff but that doesn't mean you have to be a jerk, surprised this place is still open, by the way no floors or front desk it looks like there remodeling but who knows.Do yourself a favor and go to another pizza place.
The old guy is so rude and keeping his finger in the nose yaaaaaakkkkk. With 2.3 rating how you guys are ordering the food from this store? If it has negative star I can give negative rating.
Very rude person late night, I was there for a pick up and asked for clarification of the items orders and he started screaming on me that why am I asking .
the old dude who works here is seriously a piece of s. yelled at me for going to my car to wait for an order. everytime i've ordered food it's been disgusting. wish i could personally shut this store down
Love Vocelli Pizza signature recipes. I've ordered multiple times from this location and they always had my order correct. While it could get hectic during busy times I appreciate staff working hard to provide us with delicious pizza.
