To be honest, I think the bubble tea and snacks are overall excellent, better than many other stores. However, the service is impressively bad and drops so quickly. This store is known to be slow, so my friend and I scheduled my take-out order for 12:15 and arrived at 12:55. It turned out that only one order is ready. So we waited for about 10 to 15 more minutes. I ordered three bottles of drink, but two of them were totally wrong. Bubbles were not added to these two drinks as I ordered. In one of these two, I ordered bubble, red bean and smashed taro, but there was only red bean. In the other, I ordered only bubble, but there was no bubble but only taro! It was just a mass and shame to be honest.
I have been to different ViVi Bubble Tea in different states , but this one has the cutest decor out of all . A bit pricey than others in the center, but worth it for the quality. I believe they have the most consistent milk tea and they're very particular about quality. The store itself is cute, plenty of comfortable seating and outlets.
The list of the drink menu is wide , I love their classic milk tea (70% sugar ) and signature fruit tea ( 50% sugar ) . Great Chicken and Noodle Soup but wait time might be slightly long .
This is Vivi Bubble Tea in Eden Center . It is located in a Vietnamese plaza , full of bubble tea and restaurant around . You can order teas from the counter or from the two kiosks near the entrance. Their selection of teas are wide and their formulation and toppings are usually tasty. I would recommend to have more customization on sweetness on the kiosk menu.Got the classic milk tea with 70% sugar and less ice , Perfect sweet . I would like to try the blue galaxy next time , the drink looks so pretty .
I like the concept of ordering your own drink at the kiosk because it can be difficult to hear people speak through a mask. Also, less mistakes when you can enter your own boba drink. I tried oolong milk and the sweetness was perfect. PS. Their bubble is so chewy and sweet , unlike the other place overly soft or not as sweet . Must pick !
We got the buy 4 get 1 free promotion . It comes in a small cute bear glass bottle ( comes in white and black color ) and we picked the white one ! Love it ?. My daughter love their Blue Galaxy and I love their Coffee Jelly Milk Tea . And don’t forget their basil chicken bite , its a good pick .
I personally like this location more than the location in New York. The store is brighter and much bigger, lots of art design on the wall, service was more efficient and faster! Speaking of the drinks, my favorite was “Taro Crème brûlée with fresh milk “I loved that taro purée, it was thick and nutty, so creamy! Their cheese foam w/ jasmine green tea was good too, a bit on the salty side, but it tastes perfect when you mix it with the pure green tea.
I ordered from Grubhub and I called to make sure they have received the order. (Yes, it happens they missed the order). Then I went to store after 1hour, the meal is still not ready.. and I got $50 parking ticket while waiting, my car stops in the front of the store.And more importantly, the bento box gets smaller and smaller.. the bbq chicken gets worse and worse.
Cute little bubble tea spot at the Eden Center. The Thai milk tea with boba was delicious. The place itself was super cute with nice little seating areas indoor and outdoor. Would definitely go back here to hangout and get some bubble tea!
There was noone in the store when I came in. Ordered Lychee Jelly Tea and Popcorn Chicken. I had to wait more then 30 mins and my food was still not ready. I had to keep checking because both staff at the counter were not friendly at all. Finally decided to leave even though I already paid. Worst service. Won’t come back. Too bad. Been customer for years, but this place is going downhill. Can’t compete with Tea DM or Gong Cha.
