I love tropical smoothie but this location is the worest It’s my second time coming to this location and they are worest. I ordered super green wrap and smoothie. The wrap is horrible two chicken only inside the wrap n it’s very disgusting how they make it and the smoothie is full of ice and water. I am very disappointed. I will never ever go to this location because it’s making me to hate all tropical smoothie.
The place looks nice on the inside and since it's a chain restaurant they are consistent with the smoothies and the food. My concern is the service...they just don't want to deal with customers.
Not a good location, also don't listen to the reviewer known as Ira Sahidi, they're clearly biased towards the owner Alex Sahidi as im assuming they're family.

Kids strawberry banana smoothie was very weak and watery. No taste whatsoever. Unsatisfying and not worth it.
Stood in like 15 mins while they helped one customer on one register leaving the other open. 5 employees staring at the line of 10 people. I left

Tropical smoothies are awesome. Sadly this location just cant get the smoothies right. They are always tasteless and full of ice. What i didn't like this time was i could hear the staff in the back saying that i requested extra dark chocolate complaining that the order came back. It's not extra if it doesn't have any in the first place.
