This place is damn tasty. I've ordered both the plate as well as the pita and was pleased with both. Prices are slightly high, but within reason for the area. Service was good. There are a few tables if you want to dine in. Enjoy!

We came from out of town and wanted good quality Arabic food and this place did not deliver that service. The rice of salty and quzi was not good. The chicken shawarma was not good either.

Soild shawarma options (beef & chicken) and juice. The restaurant is small but clean and tidy with outdoor seating options and positively sweet and kind staff. I ordered both the the chicken and beef shawarma wraps and was pleased by how generously sized they were, as well as a lemon mint drink (super tasty, I drank half just waiting on the order it was so good). Saw the staff make the flatbread options fresh and was impressed by the smell and look of them. I'll be getting those on the next visit. Even the rotisserie meats looked and smelled amazing and dripping juices when cut.

Ordered three iftar meals to go. Have lived in the Levant and in North Africa, and also London and Brussels which have great Lebanese restaurants, so I know what real shawarma should be like. Was worried when I saw the server pull it from a container instead of carving it fresh. Got it home and found the meat was like sawdust. The hummus and eggplant dips were bland and the garlic toum was weirdly dry, not smooth and fluffy, and it also had no flavor. The harira soup was okay but weirdly creamy which was not what it should be. The spinach pie tasted old and the filling was dry and pastry tough and rubbery. The lemon mint juice drink tasted like instant lemonade with mint, not fresh lemon as it should be, and we paid $6 each! Such a disappointment and waste of money. Never again.

I can’t give less than 1 star but would if I could. Don’t like to leave bad reviews but to spend money and be highly disappointed is worse. Extremely rude customer service and very unwelcoming atmosphere. Very unprofessional.. touching face then making food.. never changed his gloves once.. arguing with the other woman working in front of customers.. dirty.. used a dirty rag to wipe the lids with his gloves on then continued making food. Attitude, cold and mean stares.. regret giving them my money sadly because I was excited to support this local halal eatery being here from out of town. Food was not worth the experience.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went to get my boyfriend his birthday dinner and decided to go here because it was a little closer than the one I usually go to in Dc. A BIG MISTAKE!!! The chicken shawarma that I got was absolutely DISGUSTING!! I wasted close to $30 dollars on two dinners that we didn’t even eat… Don’t waste your money or time going here. Especially if you have had GOOD shawarma before.

Soggy shawarma that doesn’t travel well. Big piece of fat with the beef shawarma. There should be no beef/chicken skin or fat in a shawarma. For the $12 price tag without fries, I expected more. I can go to a sit down restaurant for a couple bucks more and get a proper entree with sides. Not 15 bucks for this with mediocre fries. Hate to leave reviews, especially bad ones but it’s such a shame.

It’s probably the best middle eastern food I’ve ever had. I’ve been looking for a good traditional taste for years. Highly recommend the platter is amazing.

The food was OK honestly. I am originally from Senegal where we have a huge community of Lebanese, so we are used to eating Shawarma and falafel, etc... so it was just OK and I am very worried about the cleanliness of the place. The servers were not wearing masks at all and they were leaving the bread all over the place on the counter ?

Good food, good portions, fresh ingredients. The chicken was a little too salty and dry for my taste, but still tasty. Unfortunately I also had gasterointestinal distress after eating.
