Used the app and was charged twice, I told them that’s fine just make me another sub if you won’t credit the difference. After several calls to the manager, who was worthless and subway HQ to no avail. They finally made me a 2nd sub. Live and learn, no more subway.PS to the franchise owner, I’m sure this ineptitude trickles down from you, get on the job.
Recently, we bought a tuna salad (no roll) and got excellent service! Will go back again.
I ordered a Sub-Sandwich online, but the store made a small error; however, when I returned and explained the store manager what was wrong with the order, he accepted the error and provided me a new sandwich with the exact ingredients and instructions. They are very professional, clean, polite, and patient and best customer service ever.Thanks,
My coworker and I received Subway gift cards from our principal and wanted to use them after getting pedicures at a nearby shop. We entered the shop at 7:55 and waited for the store associate to finish helping other people. Before she took my order, she said they were closed and complained about us coming in the store. She continued to have an attitude the entire time. She was very respectful to the teenagers ordering in front of us and took extra time to provide great customer service. She did not ask my friend for her order and started putting up the food while my sandwich was in the oven. My friend asked her several times if she could place an order and she ignored it. I finally had to tell the associate that my friend wanted to order. My friend didn’t even want a sandwich just cookies. The store associate continued to ignore her completely. My order total was 8.86 and my gift card was for 5.00. She did not want us to use the gift cards and we tried to scan them several times. I indicated that you could type in the code and she refused. Instead of asking if I wanted to use another payment method, she placed the food behind the glass with her hand guarding it and started rambling about the store being closed. I had three other cards I could have used but we just left the food because of her attitude. Another woman came in the store while we were leaving. She told that women that they were closed but offered to help her anyway and started making small talk. From the time we entered to store to the time we left, the experience was one of the worst I’ve had at a subway or similar restaurant. We had gift cards from our principal who urged us to use them soon and this store was the closest. I don’t even want to use the gift cards anymore or visit another subway. Before teaching, I worked in various customer service jobs. Nasrin’s service and attitude was completely unacceptable.
went in with a coupon, the price rang up cheaper than the coupon, so they tried to add fake charges? they couldn't figure it out, so they cancelled the transaction \\u0026 took the next two people. they tried to ring us up again, and still couldn't figure it out. when they finally figured it out, they couldn't give us our rewards because they put it as a gift card payment, so my credit card was an \\\"invalid subway card\\\". asked for the manager's number twice, they refused, and finally just gave us our food for free. we will not be back given their horrible customer service
Restaurant does not need to be calling me complaining that Grubhub hasn't picked up my order yet. I'm not Grubhub or a Grubhub driver. Subway sets their delivery hours. They should honor those and take it up with Grubhub if it's not working for them. Either way it should have nothing to do with me.
The sandwich was great but the server/cashier was rude almost abnoucios, Oct. 1 I went back today when the woman asked me what i wanted, i answered and she said something in her language to the female employee while I was giving her my order, I believe she insulted me, she sounds like she has something deep in throat all the time.
