Absolutely and unequivocally RACIST!!! Where do I start? Literally, the male staff person (there was one male and one female) was the most blatantly racist individual that I’ve encountered in quite some time.For starters, I didn’t receive a receipt. It was like participating in brain surgery to receive a receipt. I asked about cookies and was initially told that “Subway stopped selling cookies.” Then as I continued to question the staff about the cookies I was told that “this location doesn’t bake cookies on Saturdays and Sundays.”I sit and have lunch with my family. We watched customers receive “preferential treatment.” After eating I ask for the key to the restroom so that I could wash my toddler’s hands and I was denied access to the restroom. When I asked for an explanation why we were not permitted to use the restroom, specifically when a sign is posted that the restroom is only for paying customers, all we receive was “it’s not my problem” for an answer. We were paying customers and were still denied access to the restroom.This is when I asked for the employee’s name because I’m definitely contacting the corporate office. This employee refused to provide me with any information. I’ll follow up with a formal complaint and use the information that’s listed on my receipt to ascertain who this individual is.I don’t even care for Subway at all but it was literally within walking distance to where we were
I absolutely do not recommend this place at all! The guy had such an awful attitude. I ordered through the subway app and picked curbside pickup. When I called to let them know I’m outside, the guy told me that it’s only one sub so I need to come inside. I explained that I couldn’t leave my dog in the car (separation anxiety issues). He proceeds to hang up the phone, comes outside and began aggressively talking me down about not coming inside. I politely explained again to which he word to word responded, “Not my problem. I have a dog too, you open the window and let air inside”. Thanks for the sub with a side of chips, drink, attitude, aggression, talking over me, and making me sound stupid.

The guy has a very bad attitude. Always impatient, snappy and acted like customer was at fault. He should not work at a place where he needs to communicate with people. That store is very close to my house therefore I went there 3 or 4 times. Every time he served me, he always gave me nasty attitude. Women are better at customer service, but need to improve the language skills. Owner, if you are reading this post, please take care of the guy who is not professional and lack of customer service skills. If I want subway next time, I will go somewhere else.
I came in in the nick of time because they were preparing t close the store for the evening. I came here because I had been suffering from food deprivation for most of the day, and for the last several hours, I had been thinking about a meatball marinara sub from this place. There was only one other customer in the restaurant when I arrived so ordering was fast and easy. I ordered the foot long meatball marinara sub with provalone cheese, black olives, and those tasty red bell peppers. Salt and oeppere was added per the suggestion of the lady working behind the counter. I appreciated the way that she evenly added the toppings across the entire foot long sandwich, not just like them in the middle which has happened so many other times. When I got to my car, I took one great big bite to satisfy my stomach. The sandwich was good as I expected.

The staff and manager are horrible and do not know what they are doing. The managers name is Jorge or that is what he told me and he does not know what he is doing. I asked him for the customer service number and he said he didn’t know it. How can you be a manager and not even know that. They deserve a 0. The place is messy and clearly they don’t care for the customers. Worst experience ever.
Based on my interaction with the people running this Subway, it appears they hate their customers.
