I was buying my coffee by the window on 6/5 and Kate made our coffee. I have never seen a hard working batista in any Starbucks like Kate. Very polite, customer oriented and fast. She is capable to be supervisor/ mamger.Thank you for the service you gave us and your smile even though you were extremely busy.
They play club music at obnoxiously loud volumes for some reason — people come here to read, talk or work not to listen to loud techno or hip hop.Staff is friendly but I just wish whoever keeps insisting on playing their bad music at loud volumes would go work at a bar.
This is my goto neighborhood coffee stop everyday!Friendly and kind baristas.Remembers customers by name, and always greets everyone.
The young men working the window 12:30pm 2/28/22 made my drink better than I've ever had it, and it's a tricky drink. The Starbucks app told me to come in for my bday drink on my bday, but when they scanned it, it said expired. The gentleman at the window had outstanding customer service. Awesome team at the window. The woman that works the window register weekdays and Saturday AM at 6:30am is also always lovely. Thank you
I tried the new pistachio Frappe was pretty yummy, 1 pump of sugar for grande. Service was ok, wait time is 15-20 mins. Drive in order might be faster.
Don’t go I you want to wit forever, while the manager is taking coffee for herself and just bossing around the overwhelmed staff…. Ridiculous place
Went here cause they had a drive thru. The girl at the window was very nice. Great customer service & the drive thru line moved fairly quick.
The employee Mitchel told me and my friend to “f*** off” as we approached him to ask about our drinks. I’ve seen bad customer service, but I’ve never experience this level of rude and unprofessional behavior.
Just started coming to this Starbucks since it’s a drive thru and the girl at the window was pretty rude and standoffish like she didn’t want to be there and had a bit of a passive aggressive vibe with me like I did something wrong? Every person has kinda been like that at the window. ? not sure if it’s because of rude customers or they don’t like the atmosphere of their store/management, but that’s just not how you handle customers. My drink always tastes really good though :)
This place used to be nice and clean. It's one of the larger shops with lots of seating area. Post pandemic and probably new management--it has gone downhill with cleanliness. The floor is often dirty even empty cups from the day before and the bathroom is just disgusting. It was never like this before..I hope they can get new management and fix this.
