This location has jacked up order & not given my money’s worth each time :/The ppl are nice.. but geez….The coffee cake in my pic is what they handed me… it looks disgusting. Never seen one look that nasty before. Makes me not want to ever have Starbucks again.I also paid a dumb extra fee for caramel on my frappe and didnt get it. I didn’t bother saying anything cuz I was already disgusted by this….Didnt finish my frappe & not eating that coffee cake
Went to drive through on a weekday early morning, tried to order 2 different egg bites, any yogurt, a horizon non fat milk, lemon pound cake… out of all those? The voice on the speaker wasn’t so friendly, just matter of fact tone, settled for coffee and egg bites they had, plus some pastry’s they did have. All handed to me individually, not in a bag. I asked if I may please have a bag, the young lady stared at me briefly before someone behind her grabbed a bag for me. Very cold experience for what should be a friendly bright customer service experience (that’s my background).
I believe the issues I am having are related to the high volume of customers this store gets. My coffee is never good here. Today my coffee tastes burnt and sour - it’s a white chocolate mocha and honestly it’s gross. I get them from other stores regularly and they are delicious, but they never taste right at this location. I believe it has more to do with they can’t make quality beverages due to the high volume of orders coming in. It is the closest Starbucks to me, but I think I will order at a giant down the road from now on to spare them another customer and myself from continuing to buy poorly crafted drinks. I don’t believe it’s the fault of the baristas because this store really is slammed with people constantly. Quality probably suffers to produce quantity here. I’d like to mention I’m not irate and don’t want to be part of the problem, but my coffee never tastes good at this location ☹️
Starbucks is what it is. A place to buy overly sophisticated, over+priced coffee. If that's your thing, then go for it. I've been twice in my Life because someone I cared about took me. What's the big deal. It's coffee and flavorings.
Worst Starbucks in the area as far as order response time. I've been to this location over a dozen times- expect to spend at least 10 minutes in the drive through regardless of what time of day it is. I keep coming back purely because I don't have to get of my car.
TOO LOUD!I come to this Starbucks to get work done almost every day. Baristas are good and get my orders right almost every time. One time they had regular milk instead of oat milk but they gave me a new one upon asking.Very spacious and clean desks and seating areas.The reason I didn't put 5 stars is because of the unreasonably LOUD music. Every single day... The music is not only loud but also really bad. They put on club music sometimes and I don't understand how they haven't gotten the hint that customers don't enjoy it. I've witnessed several times customers get annoyed and ask them to turn it down. They lower it, but it's still pretty loud. One customer went back the second time to request it be lowered more so they turned it off completely. I've heard from people that baristas don't understand how loud it is because they're far away from the speakers while customers are literally right next to it. Please, Starbucks, don't drive yours customers out of your store due to this minor factor. The music you play should ADD to the overall atmosphere, not take away from it. I love coming here and will keep coming but I get irritated every time I can't even block the noise with my headphones. It's a coffeehouse, not a club.
Spacious, with plenty of seats, power outlets, and parking, but could use more frequent cleaning. Decent service, but be prepared to wait during morning/afternoon rush hour (since it's the closes Starbucks to the big Inova Fairfax Hospital).
Fan of their coffee. Latte double shot is my favourite with popcorn which I love too good.The quantity is more wish they give in small quantity
One of the most slowest drive-thru’s I have been to, literally spent 8-10mins per car. Drink was decent which is why I gave it one star. I don’t know what’s going inside for it to be so slow.
Very nice and bright. It has lots of natural light.
