I did not get the woman's name but from the very first interaction with her I got nothing but very negative attitude.I had a refillable Starbucks cup and told her I would like to have the light roast in it. She then asked what size I wanted. I again showed her the Starbucks mug and told her I wanted it in here at which time she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me which was also the first time she made eye contact with me. After that I told her I wanted the egg bites she never responded to me she went and put something in the oven I wanted to confirm that what she put in there was what I ordered and it was not again while I was clarifying I got nothing but negative attitude and when I found out that it was indeed the wrong thing she put in she blamed me saying I have to be more specific.I was so frustrated at this point that I left with our getting anything that I had ordered after going out of my way to come here on my way to work. Great way to start the morning!Starbucks, train your people and hold them accountable for their actions! I am sick of this!

Most the options on the menu are missing, basically not a good place to go if you wanna enjoy your brunch.
Yasmin was the best barista there. She was so kind and provided the best customer service there. I’m unsure about Umar‘s review because I was there and he was complaining about the $0.53 CENTS refill but was being adamant about refilling his drink basically for free. If you can’t afford Starbucks you should be brewing your own drinks from home and not be at a store harassing employee’s. Sad to see her go.
I love the baristas here!I've always had such pleasant experiences with the one this morning. She seems like a genuine human being and she gives great service. Look at my photo to see the perfect-looking iced latte she made me.The other barista lady I've seen on the weekend is super pleasant too and we've had pleasant, brief conversations. She even memorized my friend's name already (who is a Starbucks customer too).I hope the best for both of these baristas who add some joy to my day.

I wish I could give no star! they hired a kid her name is Yasmin, very rude person cant even respond your hi and she doesn't know what she really does just wants to talk back and no respect

Never a good experience when you have to wait for your cashier(farah) to finish playing on her cell phone to serve you, barista made a fantastic drink for me though.
