Clucks and fries are magnificent!
The food was ok. The hostess was very nice but spoke little English and could not understand us when we asked a question which was annoying. I'm all for everyone having a job but I do feel if someone is the "face" of a restaurant, they should have a good command of the English language.We had a small problem through no fault of the restaurant. My friend went to put pepper on his fries and the entire top broke off and peppercorns went all over his food. The server was nice to replace the fries albeit with a smaller portion. The rest of the meal went well with no problems.The bathroom was in a little disarray, but usable.I would go to Red Robin again although I'm not sure if I'll be going back to this location again.

Fast service and decent food. The waiter was nice, though I sadly can't remember his name, and the drinks, appetizers and meals came out at a good time for 2 people. I recommend the onion rings btw.
The staff is really nice. They came with our order in a timely manner. Had a gift card error but they were really nice about it and made sure I didn’t pay more than I had to. Would definitely recommend!
I can’t believe they put a chicken tender on my crispy chicken sandwich.. I paid $14 for chicken tender sandwich.. What happened to the chicken breast? I almost forget and my avocado was on the outside of my sandwich.. I paid extra for avocado and only got two little pieces.. Not happy with the Falls Church store, but the soda was really good
The bacon cheeseburger was delicious. It was cooked well and seasoned. I think they have the best burgers I have ever tasted.
The food was on point and the waitress professional so why the four star and not 5. The place needs updating, the bathroom was dirty, and the cooks kept arguing. The waitress, albeit nice, never offered to refill our drinks or ask if we wanted more of our bottomless order. She never checked on us.

Food was warm not hot. Service was okay but can be much better. Being an ex restaurant professional it seems that the management was missing.
