Delicious authentic middle eastern cuisine. The place looks nice and clean. I definitely recommend this place.
Absolutely phenomenal!!! Shawarma is incredible. Recipe is sooo delicious. Kind and professional customer service. Highly recommended!!
The guy working the counter was pretty rude, I asked about my online order and he took a call before answering me and then basically ignored me. The grape leaves were soggy (didn’t know that was possible) and not very good. The falafel was over-cooked and the meat pies were awful. The gyro was good though so I gave them 2 stars.
Delicious food , authentic. We ordered pick up many time and it been so far so good. They also have several packaged middle eastern cookies that you are lucky if they are not out of it.
Let me get right to the point: if it wasn't for the poor service, I would have given a 4-star rating for the good food. For the service, it should be 1-star.It was after 1 pm on a weekday. After being led to the table, no one attended to us for a long while. I had to flag down a server to say we were ready to order. The spinach pie appetizer was served cold. One bite into the stuffing (the picture shows), I could tell it came straight out the refrigerator to the table.I understand restaurants are short-staffed nowadays due to the tight labor market. But if you are already at the restaurant working, you can't bother to heat up the food and just absent-mindedly took to the table? I tried to get someone's attention but no one came. I got up to take the whole plate to the back. One server was chatting with a table of customers. I stood next to him clearly indicating I needed something. Yet he was chatting away as if I didn't exist (he was not serving because the customers were already eating). I finally got the attention of a female server. As I stated explaining to her, she stopped me to answer the phone in her hand. It was a phone order. SHE ACTUALLY IGNORED A CUSTOMER STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER TALKING TO HER TO ATTEND TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE! Unbelievable! It's too bad that the service was awful because our food actually was good. The baba ghanoush was very good. The pita bread was served warm (at least someone had thought of that!). Our Raouche Combo platter (chicken, beef, Kufta) was good too. There are many good Middle Eastern restaurants around here. I will not go back.
Had the lamb Gyro sandwich but beware, for some reason the foil sticks to the sandwich so if you’re not careful and don’t pick it out, you might be consuming pieces of foil in your meal! I found the lamb to be sort of dry, and the fries were pretty standard although not too greasy. I also had tabbouleh bc I’m a huge fan of this dish but found it lacking in flavor, seasonings, and it had a bit too much olive oil. The tabbouleh I’ve had in the past was more clean tasting. Overall I’m not sure the reason for the rave reviews but maybe it was just an off day for them? When I went, we were the only ones and there weren’t that many customers (later it picked up a bit). Not sure if I would come again.
Those people they don’t have ABC customers serviceLast night I went to dinner the waiter came to me while he was talking on the phone taking other order!!!!after 25-30 witting I ask for my food from other waiter as the first one never show up finally I get my food.Later on I asked for my due even no one came to check with me or to bring my drink I asked for it the time I placed the food!!!The funny things they give you the credit charge after they charge you if you wants to add tips 20% up to 30%!!!!!! Restaurant wasn’t that busy I can give excuse for them
Ordered the falafel sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! Great portion for the price as well! I had an issue with my order, and after calling back, the son of the owner (I believe his name is Kalil? Sorry for misspelling) was incredibly helpful and courteous. Amazing customer service. The issue got all sorted out and they handled the situation perfectly. I also used to work in the restaurant industry, so I can attest that they really go above and beyond to care for their customers!Highly recommend! Can't wait to try other menu items!
I have nothing to say about this place other than it is absolutely amazing. I can't stop thinking about the gyro I ate. I can't properly put into words how amazing it was but I'll try; it was transcendental, I genuinely feel changed. I know it sounds ridiculous but it blew my mind, there may we'll be better gyros out there but to me this is the best.
Raouche is one of the authentic tasting Lebanese restaurant. It offers dine in and take away. The place was very clean , well kept with lots of natural light, the tables were spaced out nicely. We ordered 2 Chicken shawarma sandwiches with fries , a beef shawarma sandwich, Falafel plate and cheese pie. The sandwiches were a good size and tasted great.. we liked Chicken a lot better. There were 5 Falafel in the plate and they were crispy and fresh served with tahini sauce. The food was served hot and fresh and was more than enough for 3 people and a child. The place serves halal meats. The servers were very courteous, and the service was great. Overall a nice place to eat with family.
