I usually don't go to Qdoba, but my prepared bowls were very good. It kinda sucks that there is an upcharge for the Cholula chicken, but I guess it's all about their bottom line. The staff was really friendly and let me try a small piece of the Cholula chicken before my purchase. The veggie and topping choices were plentiful and prices a little more reasonable than their competitors. I'll keep them in mind next time I need a quick, healthy meal.
Generous and gracious folks. Literally I left my wallet in the car and they refused to let me go to my car and come back to finish paying. They offered me the meal free. Very kind and generous!!!
This was the WORST EXPERIENCE at a QDOBA location I’ve ever had Worst customer service, I went in at 10:40 had a difficult time naming the toppings I could hear the worker Talking negatively and discreetly talking trash about me IN SPANISH maybe she thought I didn’t understand But I’m Spanish I can clearly understand what she was saying It made me just want to leave worst place DO NOT RECOMMENDED YOU GUYS LOST ME BUISNESS HERE. MAYBE HIRE FRIENDLY STAFF BECAUSE CURRENTLY NOONE THERE SEEMS TO CARE. This was worst experience I’ve ever had a food restaurant I’d rather go to chipotle now ??
Everything was perfect until we got to the register the register person was pretty rude and in a rush I just asked for my orders to be bagged separately and she voided the whole order and started charging us separately with an attitude but we didn't want to be charged separately just bagged separately she has no customer service or communication skills. Otherwise the food was great.
