This was our first visit and it did not disappoint! We had the grilled octopus for an appetizer and then a couple of pizzas that were outstanding.
Food was great, service was good. We always look forward to eating here.
I love and appreciate their genuine Italian pizza. Beverages (wine and beer) are smartly priced and a great value.
The food is always reliably great here. I've been several times with friends, work lunches, and take away for dinner. I have never been disappointed.
Wow, what a dramatic difference from our first visit years ago where we walked out. Service and food were top notch. We sat outside and shared a pizza and a delicious raspberry dessert. Our waitress checked in just the right amount and I greatly appreciated the manager checking in with each table on the quality of the meal. Enjoyed the fried bread starter. Never had it before but liked it. Pizza was a perfect size of the two of us to share. Looking forward to many more visits, especially since it is a nice mile walk from the house.

We shared a baby spinach salad, fried risotto balls with marina sauce, and a smoked tomato with sausage pizza Everything was flavorful, prepared well and made with fresh ingredients !!
As always, the pizza was great, and the prices were moderate. Pizzeria Orso is a real jewel.
Most people come here for the pizza, but I come for the entrees. I don't really care for the pizza. The chef has some serious gourmet aspirations with the entrees, and I enjoy the variety . There is always at least one vegetarian option. And the cannollis are freshly filled and delicious. The service is excellent. I have eaten in and gotten take out. NOTE: For take out, I get better results by calling the restaurant directly to place the order, rather than trying on-line. They don't always seem to get the on-line orders.
