My cousin went in here and ordered food to pick up. There was a mistake and misunderstanding as to the food ordered which was discovered after she paid for the entire order. When she asked if they can correct it the male employee who attended to her (last name might be Mr. Khan) was incredibly rude and told her that she either return the entire order as is or take it!!!!! Talk about RUDE customer service. She then asked for a manager and her told her that there was no manager available. He said to her that she has to deal with him and added that he only makes $ 7.50 an hour!!!!!She also said he kept telling her that he is tired dealing with people like her. Actually he kept repeating several times the phrase YOU PEOPLE.....see she's a woman of color and is Muslim and wears a head cover. The irony is that he's also a black man and his last name seemed also to be Muslim. She also noticed that there was another Muslim lady employee working with him so she was really appalled and confused as to why he kept referring to her as to YOU PEOPLE?????Finally she got her refund and left the food behind. Your loss Pizza Hut!!!!
part of my order was incorrect. I had to call 4 times before getting in touch with someone, and while they were generous in providing me a credit I would have preferred getting the order right that night. I rarely eat pizza and was ordering as a special treat for the family.
My order today was great!!!! The associate was keen to make it well done as I asked and everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

I ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of wings. I received one wing container when I asked the driver, he said both orders are in one box even though they were two different flavors, once I get inside I open the container to find only one order of wings, which was dry and over cooked.. The pizza was dry and chewy seems as if it was cooked before and then it was reheated and I understand its a busy night but still we are paying for the product and services
I ordered 1 large 2 toppings pizza & requested it to be left at my door the delivery guy knocked on my door & actually held the pizza & said no tip as if he wasn't gonna give me my pizza if I don't tip. I understand everybody's gotta make a living but I'm already being charged $23 for just the pizza alone after all the fees & to add more insult he's over 20 minutes late, you can't force ppl to pay for bad service while being over priced.

Pizza Hut pizzas are always made to your instructions! Personally I like thin crust but my family like all others! And the pizzas are always hot upon arrival.
Website must of glitched because it removed the pizza from my online order. But other than that I was satisfied
I ordered the Detroit pizza with grilled chicken. There was no grilled chicken on what I received. I gave the Detroit pizza a try but honestly, your regular pizzas have much better flavor in both the crust and the sauce. So it was a very disappointing meal that took quite a long time to arrive.
