Ordered delivery. A scheduled delivery. Got a message it was out for delivery. I called 40 minutes later to check on the status. The location was only a few miles away from me. The driver said he texted and called me (I live in an apartment complex). The associate I was speaking with on the phone at the store verified I entered the correct phone number on my order. He check with the driver. The driver texted and called the wrong number. Typed it in wrong. Didn’t think to double check when he received no reply. Ended up leaving my food in a different building than my address. My order was incomplete and cold. All I received was so sorry. Really? Zero customer service.
I drove 4 miles to this Pizza Hut because the others close by are now closed.I had ordered a stuffed crust pizza with regular sauce and light cheese for pickup. As you can see from the picture, there’s very little sauce and barely any cheese. It tasted like eating just the crust with pineapple. I couldn’t taste the sauce at all.Keep this up because it’s gonna be a long time before I think of going back to a Pizza Hut.
Long, long ago I managed a Pizza Hut. And I still make amazing pizza, now at home. So I am so picky about the pizza I buy. This is the only Pizza Hut I’ve found that has a correct and a consistent product. Just wish they’d offer spinach and feta add ons.
Today pizza hut of this location just ruined my children dinner... I ordered a stuff crust with bone in chicken wings and i send someone to pick it up when when the person arrived to pick it up they gave him a dinner which was not what I ordered ... He even told the cashier that that was not the right order and the cashier insisted that it was the right one ... My kids were upset ? when they saw whatever it was on that dinner bosx they were expecting to eat their regular order which is a stuff crust half pepperoni and half cheese with chicken wings not i called them back and told them what was going on and the person on the phone who claimed to be the manager said it was not his fault... I asked him to delivered me the right order but since it's far from there he said he could not and if I bring it I could have my pizza back (the right one) i told him gas it's not cheap and on top of it why do I have to bring it back when it was their mistake I've never had any problems like this before it's just hurt me that my kids did not get to eat what they wanted for dinner even when i paid for their food very bad costumer service this time ..... Please trainning will be good for your cashier's so that way people would be wasting money and gas just to the wrong order all it's expensive now and money don't grow on trees
Stopped by to try new Spicy Lover’s Pizza as carry out. Pizza was made quickly and ate a whole medium by myself outside. Clerk was very courteous and let me know the minute my pizza was ready so it was hot & fresh. Thanks. I will visit this location again.
I would love to have more choices of deals. And also, would appreciate the pizza is hotter when I get it.
The stuffed crust was soggy when arrived and did not taste good. I could not taste the marinara sauce at all.
It was ice cold and soggy when it finally arrived. Never again!
