Great pho and excellent spices!! I sat myself in the corner after no one acknowledged I entered the restaurant. After realizing my existence at the table, they took my order, quickly gave me a bowl of pho, and left me alone the entire time. Fortunately I’m an introvert with low service expectations. Very good!!
Pros. Legit food. I enjoyed their pho and threw in the sate into the broth heaven. My wife got their hu tieu mi and loved it.Waiter friendly.Cons. They seem short staffed. We didn’t have to wait too long for service or food though.The menu is also too complex. A lot of the dishes share the same base noodles but vary just on customization of what goes in. I’m sure there’s a way to simplify it and still be able to offer all the options.
This is the worst experience in my life. First of all, no one provided a children's high chair for my 2-year-old child, so I had to get a high chair for my child that 15 minutes after I entered the restaurant. And no one can ask me what I need to drink. Then I ordered food. The young waiter was very impatient when I asked about the menu. He didn't give me any helpful answers to my questions, and kept asking me if I needed more time.I want to say that you haven't explained my question. What's the use of giving me more time? Do you want me to open Google and search the answer myself? finally made me decide to give up eating was that I wanted to order a children's meal. When I had reported the food I needed, he asked me only this? I tried to ask him what was included in the children's meal, but he looked impatient again, and he carried his noble head all the time, making me have to sit in a chair and tilt my head up to 180 degrees to talk to him. Such waiter don't mention any service, he don't even have basic courtesy and respect.I was hungry, but this kind of service made me feel full.
We waited 20 minutes after ordering and our Pho did not make it to the table. We asked where the food was and they said it was coming but we could see the look of panic in their eyes telling us they forgot our order. It would have been better to be honest and tell us what had happened instead of covering it up.
I live right next to them, and just by the looks of the decorations of the restaurant, I knew it was bad but it had good reviews, so I tried it, and its definitely authentic and delicious the bad its that we did waited 20+ min and they are understaffed price it was about 30$ for 2 people
People will tell you service is bad, but food makes up for it. No, it doesn't. Better ambiance in an office lunch room too.
With so many places in the area nearby to pick from for pho, I decided to try this place and was not disappointed. The sate definitely gives the soup extra bomb of flavor. Love the Vietnamese iced coffee which comes pre-brewed, creamy and not overly sweet.
Wonderful staff! We had a party of 7 and everyone was happy! We ordered pho, spring rolls, boba tea, and all of us was happy! Thanks again!
For me, pho was a little bit salty.But I am going to visit again due to their reasonable price ?
