If you want pizza delivered extremely late and cold when it gets to you, this is the place for you. The worst experience ever. This goes for other locations too.
This is second time it was less than quarter mile from delivery locations. They never pick customers call and the manager was rude. Papa John please close this location. My pizza and wings was very cold and they will not pick my calls to accommodate anything.
The worst delivery experience. My family and I waited 2 hours for the food to be delivered, and it never made it. I called to check on the status and was told my order was cancelled. When trying to receive a solution the “manager” said they’d done everything they can do and hung up the phone. No solution offered.
If you live within a mile, they will deliver to you last, and everything is cold. Every. Single. Time.It has gotten so bad I no longer add a tip, and order 2 hours before I want to eat.
It was really good. People were kind and the wait wasn’t long at all!
Inept store manager.Cold pizza deliveries while also refusing to resolve the issue. Won't even lick the phone up when trying to call the location so you have to go through their customer service.
Worst papa johns ever. Took 90 minutes to get my order. Rude manager, incompetent employees. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

Horrible. My order got messed up and I was trying to contact the manager of the store and he hangs up on me. I call them back and he starts disrespecting me. They should get rid of people like him from the store, they are so incompetent. Don't order from here.
They serve excellent food for reasonable prices, there is no waiting time even when the place is loaded.Manager of the store is proactive, very friendly and instantly work on ur online orderThey make the best pizza in falls church area.Whenever i place order, it takes less than 15 minutes for pizza to get ready.All employees are very nice. Manager himself is extremely gentle and provide the best customer service.I would highly recommend this papa johns chain.They always do their best to provide great service and quality and they do deliver that.The staff is kind and the pizza is always delicious. I appreciate their work!
