this is the nth time I have had problems with this store. I did not receive 2 sides with my delivery order. when I called to have them to liver then I was told they can't be ause the outsource to doirsash. calling doirsash customer service and I've been on hold for 19 min!!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
Panera Bread is a wonderful cafe and bakery to meet friends or finish some work while having excellent coffe, baked snacks, or light healthy mealsStrongly recommend!

This store just crazy! I ordered my stuff online and they just never ready for me.
The food at this Panera was totally passible. But honestly tastes like most other Panera’s. What was shocking though, is how filthy and run down this location is. There are crumbs on the floor, stains on the walls and ceilings, power plugs don’t work and the furniture is quite literally worn from so much abuse over the years. Solid food but desperately needs a reno.
Really enjoy going to this location. Good customer service.
Manager (Brittany) is extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t make eye contact while speaking to me and seemed bothered when we asked for her help with the soda machine that wasn’t working. Rather thanpolitely saying that the machine will need maintenance, she ignores us, walks back behind the counter and acts like nothing happened. Weird situation and rubbed me the wrong way. Man at the front kiosk was extremely kind and apologized for lack of communication.

Honestly very rude staff. The food took forever. I ask if I could call in a large order since I was driving and didn't want to crash... (website not user friendly either) I worked in the resteraunt industry.... you can type in an order from the phone to the screen.
Nice reliable chain restaurant, easy go to place when away from home. Coffee and tea not especially hot
