I tried going through the drive through during open operating hours, and the lady on the intercom instructed me to come inside due to system failure. That’s fine, no problem, I proceed to try and come in, and the doors are locked. This is about 30 min after opening hours, and the workers just looked at me and continued to prep. The hospitality at this location is not acceptable, and if they weren’t open yet or were opening later due to whatever reason, then they should tell me have told me at the drive through window, or at the very least come to the door after they told me to come in and tell me that they aren’t serving right now. Honestly very disappointed because I normally love Panda Express and won’t be back unless the crew learns to treat others the way you want to be treated

Average at best would be an achievement at this Panda Express branch.•I ordered the orange chicken- it was JUNK! Mini chunks of fried who knows what Jesus on roller skates….smh•The beef/broccoli was OLD they served me. It had tasted that way.•The rice wasn’t fresh neither was the fortune cookie. THE FORTUNE COOKIE?Cmon…Throw this WHOLE ORDER AWAY!Flavor profile was lacking too. Yuck. Panda Express, waiting on your reply here….

I was very hungry and i was closed by this location but the food is terrible. Everything was dry. And they didn’t give to me the sauce on side.

They don't give out a good amount of food for the bigger platter at this location. They hardly gave me meat :c a small bag of chips is more food than here. The kids meal was missing a side dish also. Other Panda Express do way better than this location. Really sad meal to share with the family.

I travel (and therefore eat) all over the country for work and am from Washington State. I just wanted to throw a shout out:Ethan- you are the picture of professionalism and if I were in charge of hiring for my company you would have a spot on my team. I came in this evening at the peak of your rush hour(s) and you/your team handled every customer with courtesy and care, during the madness that is fast cuisine. Please let your team know that what they do is very much appreciated, and THANK YOU FOR FEEDING ALL OF US... Even those grumpy thankless folks that don't admit it would founder without hard-working souls like you guys. Well done.

Just went through the drive-thru at Panda Express in Merrifield.. they had two menu boards the first menu board advertise the price for a bowl and entree for $6.40 the next menu board advertise it for $7.10.. I could not understand the person taking the order and when I get up to the door to let them know that there's two different prices for the same meal they said there's something wrong with changing the price on the first menu board that there's some type of key missing .... I feel that I should have gotten the lesser price.....when all they have to do is get a laminated piece of paper and write the correct price point and not have an argument waiting... Plus it's their establishment they need to correct errors before they open not have an argument waiting at the door at point of sale...

Every time i came I order the bigger plate, last time I promised to not come to this location, however, it's the closest location to me. I just order and this time they did the same thing I was afraid of which putting the vegetables more than the meat and not being generous with the rice and noodles like they used to be. I ordered black pepper onions, not a black paper chicken. The lady was trying trying to explain to me that this is the way how they make it!! Wrong I have been coming to this location for 3 years every 3 months they add more vegetables to the meat and that's a bad strategy. I want to eat a chicken, not an onion. I don’t have any problems with other locations but this location should fix that or they will lose a customer by the time everyone realizes how bad is that thing.

Very bad experience with one of the workers. I don’t usually write reviews, but Anna was completely disrespectful. She was working on online orders and I waited over 20 minutes because she kept telling me she “didn’t see my order.” She then told another customer and myself that we had to submit the online order in the parking lot, because if we did it from our house it would not work. I asked her for a solution and she said “I don’t know, I don’t own this store.” 5 minutes later, another worker found my order (1 of only 3 on the rack), and handed it to me. It was there all along and Anna made me wait over 20 minutes.

The food was good but the rice was dry.

I have been to this Panda twice. The first time the food and customer Serivce was very poor. Tried to give it another chance today.. but even worse.. there is barely any food on the plate that I paid $10 for. If I go to any other locations the food portions are so much better… and the food would taste better.I hope this help wake up management understand the problem and fix it
